I wasn't stranded or anything, just can't get my car to turn on here at my home. I asked for 6 PM and he said sure. That was ALL. When I figured out my issue a little but later I told them to cancel the appointment, but then I'm hit with a $35 cancelation fee I was never told about or aware of. I had to go back and forth on the phone with some guy named Isaac trying not to lose my cool while explaining I never clicked "submit" on their site, so I never saw the cancelation info. He told me I did it twice, which was definitely not true. I still had their site open with my unfinished form. I hung up on him after I could tell he wasn't going to listen to me. F-ck em and their cancelation fee.
