The woman who explained a new policy to me was friendly but perfunctory it made me feel even greater sense of isolation as most of new policies do. So heads up if you are hoping to have a soft drink after gambling $20 I think perhaps you have to gamble 25 because 20 wasn't enough go right across the street to Dotty's they give you a drink immediately!!!

Secondly the store was not all that appealing, in business the 15 sec a customer walks in makes or breaks their opinion, and the cleanliness of inside and outside was not good. Thirdly I went inside to clarify parking as all the spots stated prime, and there's about 60 of them. Upon walking in I get the rudest greeting. Waited till the employee was done with their customer, then she completely ignored me and started calling the next person. I politely interrupted cause I just needed to clarify parking which she stated well ya you have to pay. I was then annoyed with the attitude and was about to leave when the next person asked about the cost, employee replied $20. To which I replied was just ridiculous. Other locations have about the same amount of spots and only a fraction are prime. For this one spot to make over $1,200 on parking in 24hrs is just ridiculous. If you're going to have all 60 prime y'all need to come up with a pay scale or just do what most are with a fraction prime. You probably make more money on fuel and snack from customers that would actually stay and come back. Based on me needing to park for a couple hours I completely left to take my break, fuel, and spend over $20 on food, I was truly looking forward to some pizza (pilot has some good pizza) and drink somewhere else. There a Love's just North - about 20min Or a Terrible's just South - about 40min Use those - I will not come back until the following changes and urge other drivers to do the same Pilot work on these employees and update your parking.

The guy who wipes your vehicle down and puts armor all on your tires is very nice and does an excellent job. You have access to the vacuums for free. There not the best but there better than nothing You just have to be very careful in the parking lot the cars are coming from every angle and it can be dangerous. It's a busy lot with plenty of gas pumps, cars coming out of the car Wash, the bar right next store as well as the tire shop. All of these businesses have adjoining parking lots so the traffic can get crazy. Watch we're your driving !!!!

While simply minding my business and making a purchase, I was suddenly told by the manager that I was being 86ed for "soliciting." This is a completely false accusation -- I have never and would never solicit. The manager offered no proof or proper explanation, and I was treated with disrespect and hostility. I felt targeted, harassed, and deeply embarrassed over something I didn't do. I reached out to Petro's corporate office and am waiting for a response. I hope Petro holds their employees accountable and treats customers with fairness and dignity. No one deserves to be lied on and banned based on false claims.
