I've been comin to this location since before COVID. I drive all the way from the North Fontana area because it used to be the best--worth the time, since most if not all of the guys detailing did a great job. Now, only two of the guys still do solid work. One is middle-aged, wears a hat (not a baseball cap, but like a sun.protection hat)and long sleeves. ( and when i was leaving.. je was out front picking up around the pumps and CLEANING). HE should be promoted to set the tone and standard for the rest of the staff. The other one varies. If it's not one of them, I already know I'm going to have to ask for things that should be completed. I usually purchase the Presidential or Royal package, and for what I'm paying, I shouldn't have to point out bird droppings on the hood, ask for the dash, center console, door panels, door jams, or carpets to be cleaned or cleaning my black rims. One visit, the guy called me over saying my vehicle was done, but he hadn't even vacuumed the carpet. I asked him to please vacuum, and he looked me in the eye and said, "I already did," even though I had been watching--because I had watched him NOT even pick.up the vacuum My ticket also stated new car scent, and I get in and there is a cherry scent... it's a newer car, I don't want cherry scent, trying to just keep it fresh. Almost every time now, I'm greeted with, "Just so you know, it's about (a time frame.that has been up to) a 90-minute wait... still want to wash your car?" I just drove 25-35 minutes to get here. Of course I want my car washed--but not half-assed. I used to tip $10 to $25 extra when I saw someone putting in the effort. I didn't mind paying for premium service when it was done right. Unfortunately, the service has gotten worse and worse little by little then horrible over the past 2 years or so. This place used to be great. Now, I'm disappointed and definitely looking for a new spot. I just feel if I have to go h ome and spend another hour detailing my car myself, I may as well just start the entire thing myself. If anyone knows a better car wash near the Fontana Ranch area, I'm open to suggestions. Recently, I visited the car wash station on Lugonia by Target in Redlands. I paid for their best package, the VIP, which cost about $45. Naturally, I expected comprehensive service. While the exterior of my car looks shiny and clean, the interior did not meet my expectations. There are still stains from where my nephew dropped his baby bottle, and there is pet hair remaining inside, despite my use of floor mats to keep the car clean. As I drove away, I noticed these issues and decided to turn around and go back. I approached the same associate, a friendly guy, and pointed out the problems. His response was that they TYPICALLY only vacuum the inside. I was surprised and replied, "Oh, they TYPICALLY just vacuum the inside?" He then asked if I wanted to have the car run through again for wiping down. I told him, "No, I expected an interior package to be included in what I paid for." In light of it being Thanksgiving, I didn't want to make a fuss, so I chose not to request a refund. I simply drove off, thinking that I probably won't return. My car rolled forward and hit the truck in front of me. He apologized but denied the obvious, even though everyone saw and heard it happen. So disappointed this used to be the most amazing car wash spot ever! Arrived at 8:20 waited 15 minutes before someone even came to take people's money for the 5 cars ahead of me and mine (yes, I know I should have bailed - but they do SUCH A GOOD JOB!). This place is actually pretty terrible! I paid $36.99 and that includes the $4 surcharge for an suv. I purposely brought my car here because they hand dry and wipe down the inside. My seats are a little dirty but they're leather it would have taken like 10 seconds to wipe them down but nope didn't get done. The outside looks like they just ran water over it and then dried it, oh but don't forget the finger prints and bird poop still left on there. You can't even smell the air freshener I had to add my own after I had to track someone down to spray more of whatever that pink solution is. My seats were left down and the couple toys I have in there for my son were just thrown on the seats, that weren't even vacuumed. Also my son kicks the back of my seat and it wasn't even wiped off Lol this place is a joke. I've been a Memeber for 3 months. I've been bringing my new car since I bought it, the only damage to my car is damage inflicted by this car wash. The first month was great, clean car, nice service, the second month was iffy. First something was spilled on my seat while they were cleaning, they shampooed the seat and said if it's still dirty bring it back in tomorrow. My seat was still dirty the next day I took it in and the staff was so nasty to me and my husband and were not very willing to help, when I got my car back after fighting with them to re shampoo the seat my seat was ruined the fabric is frayed and peeling. The second time something happened the plastic over my dash was scratched. And the final straw was when they caused damage to my front fender the metal was actually bent up. When I talked with the manager he was nonchalant and didn't seem to care just told me to take up issues with their insurance company, which he claims he cannot give me any information to. So the staff is not nice or helpful, they ruined my car, and I have no means of talking to anyone to fix my car or file any complaints. I do not recommend this place at all. read more

I loved coming to this place because the guys did a great job. That was until my mom went and was made fun of and called stupid. I recommended this place to my mom, so she went to check it out. She pulled up in the line, but she unfortunately didn't realize the packages on the left hand side. So when a male employee approached her, he asked what package she wanted and my mom simply said, "the basic please." He said, "We don't have the basic." And he went in to tell her that she should've checked the options and called her stupid. He then told her that she needs to get out of line and go check the board. This guy is always a jerk. My car is never that dirty because my boyfriend washes it weekly. However this week I took my dog to the vet and decided to get a wash right after. Since my boyfriend was at work I decided to give this place a shot. I got the $28 "executive" package which included a paint conditioner, tire dressing, air freshener and something else. 15 mins and $37 later (because tip of course) my car looks exactly the way it did when I got there. There were still several spots on the exterior. My interior looked like it wasn't even cleaned, I can tell because there was still dirt on my seat from my dog, they didn't even bother to wipe down my screen!!!! First off I had some smudges on on the exterior, when I was called over that my car was ready I was told about doing the hard water treatment. I said I would do it another time, but I asked about the smudges, he said oh yeah you need the treatment. I've been going to this car wash since they opened. Never have I been treated so rudely, by snippy, snotty youngsters working inside the store. In addition, they weren't accepting debit cards due to some problem. They sent me to the ATM. ATM was having problems but was finally able to pull cash with a 3$ fee! I wasn't happy. I think they should've deducted a few bucks off, but the clerk couldn't care less when I mentioned that I was charged a 3$ fee. Then, I asked the girl, mopping the floor, if I needed a key to use the restroom. She rudely did not answer my question, so, I repeated the question. She replied, once again, with snottiness. These employees appear to be in their mid 20's, maybe early 30's. They need an attitude adjustment and should be grateful they have a job.
