I'm a security Gaurd for the marketplace behind it and I work graveyard old Asian lady didn't want to provide service. All I wanted was something to drink and she didn't want to give provide the service cause the Doors have been closed but the window is open. At 6/22/25 1:40am the manager can check the cameras the lady was sleeping and I kept asking her all I wanted was water and she decided to ignore me and fell back to sleep. My husband who is a nicely dressed seventy five year old man needed to use their restroom. We didn't need gas but he bought a snack with a $20 bill. Clerk refused to give him change when he asked to use the restroom and hassled him. Hubby needed to use it ....$20 to use restroom. Disgusting! read more

I went to this location a few weeks ago to buy some power ball tickets. the guy at the register was super rude. i asked him for a $10.00 power ball ticket. then he poceeded to print a $2.00 ticket. i said, no i need a ticket that is worth $10.00 of power ball. he was talking me down trying to explain, well that people dont know that every ticket is two dollars, and asked me if i wanted 5 tickets of $2.00 each, i said no. just print me a ticket worth $10 dollars he continue to argue saying, so you need 5 tickets of 2 dollars... OMG, HOw frustrating.. Management, please tell this guy to just take peoples money and punch the requested amount on the computer without asking and correcting people.... i will never go back to this place ever... read more

Decent location, all pumps weren't working order and store clean and maintained. Service was fine, price is on par with others in the area.

We stopped by here to get some gas on our way back from LA, this is one of the nicest gas stations I've ever seen! It's pretty big for a Shell and they have just about everything inside. Decent prices. Service was good. read more

Terrible customer service!!!! Charged $8.50 for THREE Nutri-grain bars.... How the hell?!?! 711 sells them for $0.59/each or even $1.00/each... but almost $9.00 for 3? No wonder no prices are posted anywhere. When you question why your statment shows a $9 charge for something easily under $4, they ask you for the reciept you were told wouldn't print....... Shady and sketch. When asked for a real total, or a time estimate, I was immediately able to read off exact times and such from my banking info. As soon as that was heard by them, suddenly they were already scanning what they (allegedly) didn't know what I was describing... after confirming that it's scanning for more than $2/pop.... I had to hang up. $10 not worth my time, but shady practices for sure. Check your transactions carefully after using this station! read more

Good gas station in a corner location which means it has entrances from two different streets... There will be no getting stuck waiting for the person in front of you to finish filling up. The gas station has a small convenience store. There is not a lot of choices to choose from but enough to quench your thirst or satisfy your sweet tooth. They have an ATM machine outside that's very convenient if you need money after hours and don't want to drive to the bank. It is a Shell Gas Station so don't forget to use your Ralph's Rewards fuel points and save on your gas. read more

Omg literally the worst gas station around this time. I've waited 15mins just because the sign in front window says will be back at 2:30am. This Asian lady sits there sleeping time is up never opens the door. Takes sign down and back to her chair. Other customer was dying to use restroom worst than myself and she still didn't let them use it. She said it was out of service for them when they asked. But when I asked when time was up she said she just had it cleaned up. Like whatttttt really!!!! I was only trying take a leak 1min or less still couldn't use it. Like omfg. She needs to get fired fast. I'm a grown ass man I know my rights and wrong and listen carefully. What this lady doing it is wrong. Mine as well shut lights off and flip switch to closed. This kinda action is not safe for the store at all. Imagine it was someone complete diff than myself short tempered and dealt that same situation as I did. It would not have led to like myself walking away and go to another gas station. She is asking for trouble. People don't think at all I swear. I think that Patricia the cashier has an extremely bad attitude. I wanted to buy a pack of cigarettes and a soda during my break and it just seemed that Patricia the cashier was sort of with an attitude with me as I was trying to pay for the products. Also at first she refused to give me a receipt knowing that she had a horrible attitude with me. read more

The machine at the pump refused to take my debit card 3 times and said I needed to see the cashier. I went inside to pay for my gas and the cashier said he is shutting down the cashier for 10 minutes even though I told him the machine at the gas pump wasn't working. So since he refused to help me, I left. read more

This gas station sucks. Pumps don't work and the prices are high. There's plenty of other choices, go there.
