Left the car their for them to look at, after coming back to shop, he said it wasn't anything major and they fixed it up, free of charge. From then on, we've been taking both cars their (Highlander and CX-5) for regular check ups, oil changes, etc. Prices are reasonable, they're very upfront about services. We're greatful that we've found a repair shop close by. Would recommend to anyone in the area.

BOY, did I not know what I was in for. I park by the air machine which is next to a wall conveniently labeled 'AIR' in the finest spray lacquer. Love it. Until it doesn't work. As I'm about to get in my car, Mr. Host with Most comes running over yelling 'I'll show you! I'll show you with the rock!' I'm thinking COOL what is he talking about, where is this going? How exciting! Gasing me up! He picks up a large rock and forcefully beats the machine until the quarters I shoved in the broken slot get wherever they need to be for the air to hum on out. This guy is smiling ear to ear, as am I, slowly looking around for Ashton Kutcher and ready for my PUNK'd debut. Nope, this is really happening. The young gentleman proceeds to give me his phone to use as a flashlight despite the fact that I also had my phone in my hand and was using it as a flashlight. He runs away to tend to customers buying gas and I'm laughing in the dark next to the air machine and air machine rock, holding two magnificently glowing cell phones. As if this wasn't enough, the machine turns off before my tires are filled so we need to smash it with the rock again. I'm too weak and scared of the gunshot-like explosion of sound that comes with rock-machine contact, so he tells me to step aside. What a pro. Once it gets going again, he's apologizing for having to go pump gas. So, he rolls over an office chair at 25 mph in between customers 'so you can rest while you wait.' He says this! I have never wanted to sit next to my car in an old office chair more than I did at that very moment. I will cherish that memory ... foam cushioned desk chair on wheels ... forever. This endearing experience was topped off with a complimentary bottle of water, assistance searching for one of my car tire's valve caps against my insistence that he not help me, and free 'fixaflat' which this dude Kill-Bill-style grabbed midair from off the roof of his kiosk. The container looked like it had not been touched since it was first opened 35 years ago, but it sure touched my sentimental heart that night. This place is a very close to my house and always has the most friendly people working there…read more Let's be honest, being female isn't always a positive thing when it comes to getting work done on your car. The service station is Metro ServiceCenter, which is at the Sunoco station. Anyway, every time I have gone here I am thoroughly impressed. They are such kind, hard working, honest people. Every person is always willling to help. My fiance and I have been there about 5 times now with various issues, from flat tires, to alternator problems, to engine noise. Each time the issue was taken care of within an hour or two (believe it or not). They give you options if it is something that is a more complex issue too. My fiance's truck needed a new alternator and they offered to order him a new one, or a refurbished one at a lower price. The time we came in with a flat tire they fixed it immediately and we were on our way within minutes. I even went once to get gas and was out of washer fluid so they got me fluid because my windshield was a mess (I commute to school and work). Today I dropped of my care at 8:15am because my car was making a terrible grinding/rattling sound when I accelerated. I was worried about the transmission or engine. They called at 8:45am and it was DONE. My engine's oil cap was loose and my oil was low. What a relief! They checked out everything else and it was fine. No pressure to get anything else done and they still checked over everything and drove it around to make sure the noise was gone. It is a rare find to discover an honest group of individuals that do not take advantage of you. Will not go anywhere else anymore!

When she repeated it, she did so with a very condescending tone, and immediately after began muttering under her breath, calling me stupid. It was shocking, weird, and completely uncalled for. Things only got worse from there. I handed her what I thought was a gift card, but it turned out to be the receipt for the gift card. Instead of calmly voiding my items and asking me to pull to the side to figure out where the actual gift card was (and why it was never emailed to me), she aggressively told me that I HAD to pay for my items. The entire interaction was awkward and humiliating. Obviously, I wasn't about to run out of Costco with a cart full of groceries. Eventually, another employee--who was actually kind and competent--stepped in and immediately figured out the issue. The whole situation could have been resolved easily and respectfully from the start. Instead, it turned into unnecessary emotional abuse. I'm sure this cashier is a miserable person who hates her life, but that is not my fault. The world is already cruel enough--why choose to add to that for absolutely no reason? I genuinely feel sorry for anyone who has to work with her and just has to keep their mouth shut and roll their eyes when she's not looking. On a positive note, the manager was very sweet, listened to my concerns, and handled the situation professionally. Unfortunately, that doesn't erase the fact that this was some of the worst customer service I've experienced at Costco.
