Ordered a bagel sandwich on the app. Picked it up at the store, checked before I left. It was supposed to be a ham club bagel sandwich with extra cheese. I couldn't find the cheese, so I took it back into the store. Asked the girl behind the counter at the sandwich station. Was told the sandwich was correct, the cheese was burnt to the bagel. It was literally the same color as the bacon. They wouldn't make a new one becuase it was correct. Burnt cheese on a sandwhich is gross. The sandwich was gross. The associate was rude. I would defenitely not recomment this wawa. It's South Jersey. Drive another 2 minutes in either direction on the Black Horse Pike and find yourself a better wawa. read more

I'll stop at this Wawa after turning off Exit 3 of the NJ Turnpike and going 168N. It's one of the first places that's easy to go into after getting off the turnpike. (it's right after the Runnemede Library) Good coffee and selection of pastries and snacks. Staff is usually always friendly. I got a breakfast sandwich there - Pork Roll on a Bagel - and it was pretty good. This is a good stop. read more

I regularly stop here on my way back from Atlantic City, with this being the last stop before you get on the NJ TP. The main issue with the place is parking - with the fact that it is a desirable stop and with a well-known place like Wawa, would would think that parking wouldn't be as scarce. I stopped on a Sunday morning, and things were very packed both inside and in the parking lot. Made things a little dicey with parking. Also, on my way in a woman tried to solicit money from me. Never experience this here, and wasn't sure why. I used the rest room and got my usual 1parts Irish cream carton creamer, 3 parts dispensable iced coffee. The best part of Wawa is this feature and overall when it comes to what sets it apart- look no further. A big ol' Super WaWa in a great (but super busy) location on the Black Horse Pike in Runnemede. It's next to El Tequila (very good Mexican - the guac varies and isn't the best at times?) and Cook's Florist, which is a gorgeous floral shop with beautiful selections. I parked my car for a fill up then went inside for my favorite (spinach & cheese) panini. When I went to pay, the cashier noticed that the gas purchase wasn't showing (not "hung up" or something she radio'd out?). So I got a couple of free items (I didn't complain a lick) to offset the inconvenience for me, so of course I was happy. What can I say? I stinking LOVE WaWa! With or without the freebies. The coffee, the hoagies, the paninis, the gas, the free foutain waters, my bank's ATM and a big, clean potty if I need to! read more

I always stop here on the way to a friends house. I love how happy and pleasant all the workers are. The restrooms are always clean. The gas prices are very reasonable. I guess I never noticed before but they have a variety of gift cards by the register. Perfect for a last minute gift or if you are running late to a special occasion. read more

I am so grateful for your morning staff at wawa in Runnemede, NJ. I go every morning for coffee. I am disabled so I don't go out often, but I make sure to go to wawa. Lori , Heather, and Carolyn, not sure if spelled right. They are so welcoming and ask me how I'm doing, what's new, they laugh when they know I'm doing something I'm not supposed to do/ they say they are going to tell my fiancée on me- he also goes everyday. I just wanted you to know that going to wawa and seeing them is the best part of my day. Thank you for having such wonderful employees . I also asked for wawa Xmas balls to decorate my trees. I have great memories of visiting Wawa as a kid on trips to Great Adventure. Back then, my favorite treat was a delicious hot stuffed pretzel from the counter. These days, the pretzels are still there, but my biggest indulgence is a coffee, but Wawa will forever hold a special place in my heart. It's good to see that this location on Black Horse Pike holds up the Wawa standards of fast, friendly service and tasty available options. This store feels like it's on the smaller side, but every time I've visited, they've been well-stocked with the essentials. I stop most often for gas and the staff has been unfailingly cheerful and helpful. They're super attentive and serve people in the order in which they drive up. Sounds basic, but you'd be surprised. No matter how busy, they get me gassed up and back on the road quickly and with a smile. The market is fairly bright and clean. Staff inside is helpful and competent as well. I can only speak for the self serve coffee, but it's always been ready to go when I need it. The deli crew is very attentive and is very mindful of the coffee as well. Always seems to get busy as soon as I walk in, and the line can go from no one to wrapping around the store in a few minutes. The cashiers are very competent and are quick to open additional registers as needed. Really appreciate this location! read more

This morning I was reminded of how much I love Wawa! I was able to grab a coffee and a lovely egg white omlette for breakfast. I was able to grab some bottled water for my office, since I have been short on time and haven't made it to Sam's. I also grabbed some cash from the ATM. 3 stops turned into 1! Now, I love you Wawa, I just don't LOVE this location. The parking lot is a weird triangular shade on the side I enter and a perfect arrangement for an accident. Therefore, if I have the time, I will always drive down the road to the one on the intersection of Almonesson Rd and The Black Horse Pike. See you not so soon! read more

Now this is a Wawa to be proud of. I avoid purchasing gas at these but this one was only a few centavos more expensive than other service stations on Blackhorse Pike. The convenience store is above average for the chain. What differentiates average or above average? 1) Rest rooms 2) Large grab and go case with sandwiches, wraps, salads etc 3) More beverage choices than any person should have 4) Funny and friendly employees I agree the parking lot is a bit of a cluster¥%#!, maybe a second access point would improve this? OMG! This was my first time at a Wawas. Yes, I'm an alien lol. We have mad Royal Farms and 7 Elevens in Baltimore, so no need to go to Wawas. Any hoot, this one has turned me completely out. The whole staff were uber helpful and authentically nice. So professional too. Courtney and Andy made my order with love. I am so picky and they were so patient with me. The food is soooo good. Kayci and Ms. Lori stopped what they were doing to look up the ingredients for one of the products for me because of my allergies. Excellent folk and a wonderful experience. I will return. read more

I ordered the Sante fe chicken sandwich and got a tiny chicken nugget on a non toasted price of bread when I hit toast full sandwich. I usually go here and am straight disappointed. Didn't even give me chipotle dressing. Very sad with the people who rather talk in the back and come out for a minute to make you a cold, sad sandwich. read more

I am primarily reviewing the gas station here. It's always crowded but staff is so friendly and they get you in and out quick. The place is very clean and I just rather drive there even though I pass other gas stations on the way but I like it there much better. The Wawa itself is nice too for pretty much anything you might be craving coffee, sandwiches, snacks, soup, candy and now the fancier drinks like frozen drinks and stuff. If you haven't gone there for gas give them a try they may be crowded but they have more pumps than most gas stations. read more

Agree with the other reviewer who commented on the difficult parking,but most Wawas are clusters with parking...as well as the inside when there's more than a few people in there,it easily becomes chaos! I've never thought I would review a gas station but here I am... this station really has everything you need from fresh hot subs, soft serve ice cream to diesel fuel. Mini supermarket/sub/coffee/bakery shop with fuel. Very clean from the driveway to the bathroom. read more

My first time here was 4/1/12, (3 days after my 27th birthday). I was coming back from Power Plant Live! in Baltimore, MD. I've been to Wawa before around South Jersey and Philly. No complaints about this store but the service is goo, they have pretty much everything you need. I like how they have 2 ATM machines and a gas station. read more

This is a perfect location to stop for gas when entering Jersey from the south (from Delaware Memorial Bridge). Slightly cheaper gas in Deepwater but you can't beat the hoagies and Turkey Hill iced tea at Wawa. Wawa Runnemeade has friendly workers at the counter making the hoagies and the gas attendants are friendly as well. Most are efficient. I've run into one or two who make pumping has seem like brain surgery but they're still nice about it. I've been in this Wawa all hours of the night on various days of the week. In the middle of the night, especially after midnight on Friday and Saturday nights, it resembles the Star Wars bar....but I've never been hassled by any of the clientele. read more
