Ladies room was clean and had 3 stalls instead of the single person bathroom lots of stations have. Wasn't crowded when we stopped, so we got in line to pay for gas, pumped it, went to the bathroom and left in just a few minutes. It's not a touristy gas station, no keychains or other location based knick knacks, but it is a solid gas station for a bathroom break which can be hard to find.

One attendant in particular has gone as far as claiming his system was down and couldn't sell me gas once he saw I had a bag of returnables. After seeing several people frequent the store, go inside, come out with purchases, and pump gas, I returned and he told me the same thing. This time though as he was handing someone change at the register, and so wasn't even trying to be convincing. Today he asked me if all of my bottles were purchased there, and since I couldn't be sure, why I brought them in there to return.....as though I'm supposed to keep track of each and every beverage and where it came from when I'm spending every penny in their store and so I'm not taking money away that wasn't deposited there in the first place. Then when he said something in another language and I said "I'm sorry I didn't understand you", he said "of course cuz none of us speak English right?", as though in anyway I had insinuated such. I'm sick and tired of being discriminated against for doing my part to keep as much out of landfills as possible. Michigan's bottling deposit program is hugely successful in spite of assholes like this. I can't wait to bring him another 12 pack tomorrow. * just fyi, an excerpt from the legislation for anyone who is as misinformed as the attendant in question: A dealer who regularly sells beverages for consumption off the dealer's premises shall provide on the premises, or within 100 yards of the premises on which the dealer sells or offers for sale a beverage in a returnable container, a convenient means whereby the containers of any kind, size, and brand sold or offered for sale by the dealer may be returned by, and the deposit refunded in cash to, a person whether or not the person is the original customer of that dealer, and whether or not the container was sold by that dealer.

I was impressed by the really large just alignment of brakes and other bunches in this gas station and even had a really clean restroom as well the man at the front desk was awesome really friendly and social too this place is also really close at a highway easy access off the interstate and you'll be on the road pretty quickly as well plenty of cheap snacks as well so you will be spending too much money if you're low on funds overall pretty satisfied my visit here

She went back and they denied everything so she went to the dealership. Dealership total her plug was cross threaded. I didn't want to believe my guys I've trusted for so long would do us so shady. I took my truck in everything the guy touched was bad power steering fluid, transmission fluid, differential fluid. Basically leading me to believe I was going to break down any second if I didn't pay them $800 to change everything. I told him I'd go to the dealership, and I had a massive oil leak directly after. Took it into a different shop oil filter finger tighten half turn on the oil plug. All the stuff he claimed was bad the new shop said it was a lie. I wouldn't go there because they are up selling and if you don't pay they make sure you will later. Terrible

"Sparkle" in Coloma, MI not only changed my oil & oil filter, but my cabin filter, aired up all of my tires, checked all of my vehicle's fluids, & included a FREE car wash. The gentleman that helped me his name started with a J. but I can't remember it. He pulled my car right in the shop figured out the problem, cleaned up all the anti freeze under the hood and He didn't even mind me bringing my dog in the shop to wait he was such a nice guy. I was back on the road in no time and he didn't even charge me. Wow. Awesome auto shop and what a good human. Thank you.

I had a very disappointing experience with this business. Our alternator failed while driving home…read morefrom a long trip (MI to CO), and we were towed to Arndt's. From the start, communication was extremely poor--I had to initiate every interaction. No one provided updates unless I repeatedly asked for them. Our vehicle was towed to the garage around 11 a.m. I was told the part needed to be ordered and wouldn't arrive until late that day. Since they closed at 5 p.m., the repair would be pushed to the next day. After 4 hours of no communication the next day I started calling once an hour--for status updates and was consistently told vague things like "they're working on it" or "they're finishing up." I never received a proactive call from them. It took them two days to switch out an alternator. Eventually, after all those follow-ups, I was told at 5:30 p.m. that the car was finally ready--but again, only because I called. When I asked the receptionist why I hadn't received any updates and why the delay occurred, she became aggressive and shouted at me, claiming they didn't receive the part until that morning and that it wasn't her fault. She continued yelling, to the point that I had to ask if this was how she typically treated customers. From the start of my experience I stood in the office many times without being acknowledged at all. The manager gave off a noticeably dismissive and possibly misogynistic attitude. Interestingly, things only began to move forward after my brother called to ask for an update. The one positive was that they provided transportation to a hotel, though we had to stay there for two days due to the extended repair time.

They give you a nice "dash wipe" cloth when you go through and the employees are respectful and courteous. I am always tempted to pull up blaring "at the carwash" on my stereo to see if we can all break out into song and dance....but so far I haven't taken the initiative.
