I have been going there for 8 years. I don't know what has changed but recently my wife stopped in to get the oil changed. The 2023 vehicle came home with an oil leak all over the driveway. She went back and they denied everything so she went to the dealership. Dealership total her plug was cross threaded. I didn't want to believe my guys I've trusted for so long would do us so shady. I took my truck in everything the guy touched was bad power steering fluid, transmission fluid, differential fluid. Basically leading me to believe I was going to break down any second if I didn't pay them $800 to change everything. I told him I'd go to the dealership, and I had a massive oil leak directly after. Took it into a different shop oil filter finger tighten half turn on the oil plug. All the stuff he claimed was bad the new shop said it was a lie. I wouldn't go there because they are up selling and if you don't pay they make sure you will later. Terrible read more

I took my car back after a bad experience last year. Now all new personnel and very attentive service people. Well worth the trip.

Purchased unlimited car washed and was told I can cancel over the phone. When I tried to do so they told me I have to cancel online. They must not have entered my info correctly online because my account never shows up. Was told a rep would call me to complete the cancelation process and never received a call. This is from the location on M-139 in Benton harbor. Same owners. 2 years ago they scratched my wheels and offered me some gift cards to compensate. They do the minimum for their customers. Buyer beware. Now I have to find out how to cancel these car washes. read more

I have never had a problem and get my oil changed here every 3-4 months. They are always professional and don't try to push anything extra on me. It's not the cheapest place, but it's done right and you get a free car wash. read more

Check your hood and make sure it's latched these people are a joke Cost me 2000 for new windshield, hood, and fenders. Not to mention the near death experience when my hood flew open on the highway at 70 mph read more

Unbelievably slow and disorganized on Saturdays...avoid them at all cost on weekends. Some know what they're doing, others completely clueless...two bays...watched as FOUR cars made it through the rightmost bay before ONE made it through the left. Dealerships seem to be charging similar prices to specialty shops these days, so you should probably look into those before rolling the dice on Coloma Sparkle..particularly on a Saturday. read more

This morning we were leaving for a long car ride, supposed to be on the road by 7:30. Our tire was low and going flat and as a car full of women, we honestly had no clue what to do. By 8:00 we decided to drive by sparkle on a whim as we did not want to take this vehicle on the road long distance as is. Sparkle does not open til 8:30 but when I went in and politely asked for advice, the 3 men working promptly raised the door and motioned us in. They checked the tire, filled it and gave us advice on the tire. And when one gentleman heard that we didn't have a tire gauge in the car, he went to his car and brought us his spare and told us to keep it and showed us what level it should be at. And they didn't charge us a dime for their time. Its places like this and people like that, that make me more than happy to give them my business in the future. read more

At the risk of just repeating what the other reviewers have said... This place is great! They are super quick, knowledgeable, and friendly to boot. Even if I do have to wait for another car to finish, it's never long. Be sure to check their website for current coupons. Prior to my arrival I called to see if they would be able to take off my back license plate. They said they could -- It was not so easy because the screws were stripped. With persistence they were able to do it. As for the oil change - great job! Checked all the fluids, tire pressure and all the lights (blinker, high beams, break lights etc.). Everyone was so polite! They saved me 1000's when they found a leak behind my engine and recommended I get to my mechanic right away!! The free car wash is awesome with your oil change. I was quite disappointed in my last visit, I have always counted on Sparkle to give quality service. I get new wipers there when I need them, I like the fact that they check fluid levels, filters, air pressure and lights, I feel better leaving knowing everything is good. I had been told by several co-workers that one of my brake lights wasn't working, so imagine my surprise when I was told by the Sparkle employee that my lights were fine, I mentioned that I had been told I had a brake light out, and without double checking he said they were fine. I had some friends check out my lights and guess what, I do have a brake light out. For what I paid, I do not feel justified, so I have serious doubts about returning to your facility. read more
