I had a bad experience today. I am from Washington State and used to pumping my own gas. I thought I would start the process and was accosted by a young attendant . He had a phone line in his ear and I assumed he was talking to someone else...before I knew it he said "get out of here"---I asked for his manager who reluctantly pumped my gas. I read small counties in Oregon can now have self services....under 40,000 and Lincoln Co. is at 46,000 +. I felt insulted and abused by a retail system.---Oregon. I read you and only NewJersey still forbid self service gas sales.---You insult your visitors and turn us away...It is unacceptable to be kicked out of a gas station for trying to do it yourself and get some gas!!!___Shame on you Lincoln City Shell and Oregon. read more

I pulled up to get my diesel truck filled and attendent came up and he wasn't taking my debit card from my hand. He kept telling me I could fill my own disel, which I don't choose to do or else I would be getting out to pump it. He told me this twice while I was holding my card out to him so I just left. He was looking at me pulling away like I was some crazed nut who just went off on him , flinging his arms up and down exaggeratedly like I was some kind of fruit loop. It was the weirdest thing and there were zero other people getting gas. We filled up at spirit mountain instead where I have to pump my own gas anyways ( everyone does not just diesel lol ) It was just the principal of the whole thing. read more

Excellent Shell station, with a brushless car-wash option. And -- if you're a Fred Meyer customer, they take the FM rewards card, and discount gas based on your accumulated rewards. The car wash is not as good as a full-blown brushy wash, but it will get the top layers and easy dirt in a snap. Nice people running the pumps -- and a convenience store inside! There are 2 Shell stations in Lincoln City -- this one is next to the Outlet Mall/stores.... read more

Awesome place, great service. THIS IS THE SHELL RIGHT BY THE OUTLET MALL ANDIS THE ONLY STATION IN TOWN OPEN 24 HOURS. Also if you have Diesel you better fill up at Spirit Mountain Casino or another town if coming from the other way. No diesel avail, except to rigs w/ a business credit card. They do accept Fred Meyer rewards card, and this is OR so stay in your car!! They pump your gas .. 24 hour mini mart, yes with liquor.. Great service!! read more

"Too busy" to get my windshield when asked. But there was only one other car at the time. I knew there was a reason I always use Chevron.

They claimed to be in the middle of a shift change and we sat and waited for at least 10 minutes. After she finally came to us we waited at least another 10 minutes after she put in the pump and she didn't come back so we had to take it out ourselves and we left. Shouldn't take more than 5 minutes to get gas. Extremely rude attendant. I would give it zero stars if I could. read more
