Unfortunately, driving through Lincoln City, we got a bad flat. It was a little after 4pm. We had to call our insurance, get a tow truck, and then get to Les Schwab before it was going to close. It was stressful. We called Les Schwab and told them our predicament, and they told us, "No problem!" "But you're closing," I said. "We'll wait for you," they said, without a hint of disappointment or resentment that they'd have to stay at work longer just for us. The tow truck took quite a long time to get to us, but Ben and Rick at Les Schwab waited, as promised. They were kind, efficient, and professional! What sweethearts! We are so thankful. We have always had great experiences with Les Schwab, but this one takes the cake. We are certain to be customers for life!

Purchased 4 new tires with a break and alignment inspection. Tires were put on with no problems but…read morewhen asked about the alignment and the break inspection we were told that the alignment was good and so were the breaks. However, when asked for the alignment report I was told that "the alignment printer was broken". Additionally I was told that the breaks were great but we already knew they had considerable wear. After, we asked the manager if the printer was broken and he said no. We then talked to the previous employee that gave us the update on the breaks we told him that his manager said the printer was working fine so we asked for the alignment data. The employee then said the brakes and the alignment was not actually checked. He lied. We then requested the inspection. Once completed, and a data sheet on the alignment was given to us we asked for a discount on the alignment from the manager for waisting our time and lying to us. The manager denied to negotiate so we will take our business elsewhere. I've had great service from Les Schwab in the past from other locations but I'm incredibly disappointed. Les Schwab did not stay true to their slogan.

The mechanical part was no longer working. I had been over to the Honda dealership which is really a rip off, the price they wanted was outrageous and I've had to wait several months anyway because of the pandemic and parts being hard to find. I just taped up my window and thought I would figure it out later. I was fortunate to come across Jeremy here at Caliber Auto Body in Lincoln City and he told me I'm pretty sure I can do this for a lot less. He was right it was quite a bit less and he is so easy to deal with. The entire shop is all about integrity and honesty. I really feel comfortable working with Jeremy, I wish he had a car repair shop because I would only go there. If only I had somewhere good to go to get my car repaired like Jeremy's shop that would be wonderful. Everyone who works there is so kind and understanding they make you feel right at home. You feel like you are dealing with friends and not people you have to be leery of. As a woman we all know how difficult it is to bring a car in for repair and hope that you are getting what you are paying for. I have only great things to say about this business and if God for bid I ever do end up in a wreck and let's hope I don't this is where I would go and I would feel safe and well taken care of.
