While drying off the car he completely forgot to clean the back hatch, the window, vacuum, rear seat windows, etc. The wheel rimes still had black stuff on them, the wheel wells had excess mud and the door jams had not been cleaned. The wrap was nothing short of embarrassing. Some edges were rolled, some weren't, air bubbles all over, wrap was lifting on almost all edges, doors were taken off and put back with HUGE door gaps, misaligned, brackets and push pins were cracked, broken, or missing, etc Reached out to a local Cybertruck FB group for some much needed help. Mario (owner) from MADhouse Detailing & Customs reached out and literally came to the rescue! Had the old wrap taken off and literally had to start from scratch. All the edges were rolled perfectly. Had the cantrails taken off and grind so the spacing is more uniform. Also had the door jambs painted to match the wrap and boy, did they turn out amazing! This is not a paid review. There is a deep scratch on one of my doors that wasnt there when i dropped it off, they laid tint over debris so its visible on the outside and inside, and they messed up one of my window seals. I asked to see footage of them working on my car cause i know the damage wasnt there prior to me bringing in my vehicle and the only thing the owner sent to one of his employees to send me is a video of them pulling my car in from a top angle and saying the damage was already there, when the video that was sent does no justice to where the damages were on the car. The deep scratch is on the passenger side, and in one of the photos you can see the angle of the footage is only the top and the drivers side. Once I picked out the level of tent, I wanted, he showed me to the waiting room, and there were plenty of snacks and great beverages to choose from.
