The mac and cheese was watery, the fried fish was lukewarm, and the country gravy was basically flavorless. Thankfully, the salad bar and fresh fruit did not disappoint and were definitely the highlights of the meal. Overall, we were disappointed with the quality of the hot items and expected more from a buffet. Hopefully, this was just an off day.

I can't say for certain what motivated the behavior, but as a Hispanic family being treated differently than the customers before us, it definitely felt upsetting and concerning. No more ice, limited meats (pork & shredded steak), no queso, etc. Unfortunately no one had name tags on so I can not report who directly exhibited poor customer service. Oh almost forgot multiple employees were wearing AirPods as well.
