I went to Tagg-N-Go car wash last month, and the kid at the entrance says "we have a promotion going on, pay for a wash today and the rest of the month is free. I said really that does not make sense but great. On April 11, I get a charge on my credit card from Tagg n Go for $37.99. I went to the Website and tried to cancel. I called today, and was told they can not give me my money back but will give me a credit for $37.99. I did not sign up for monthly billing or was never told that this was part of the promotion. This is tantamount to fraud or at best extremely poor business practice. This company should be ashamed how it treats their customers. read more

We went through the car wash and they told us that we could get free car washes for the rest of the month for the price of 1 wash. We started getting a monthly charges of $37.99 . They never explained to us that it was reoccurring for every month. The way they go about it is a scam so be careful.. We called to cancel and they would not refund our money, they said we could have store credit. This is a poor way to get $37.99 from a customer. read more

I pulled in for a car wash, and the attendant told me for 14 dollars more I could get unlimited car washes for the next 30 days. I said "OK why not" Now I am getting a re-occurring charge every month. Fraudulent business practice! If you want a single car wash, be careful. read more

We used Tagg-N-Go car wash here in Mesquite, an automated car wash.  There are employees that check you in, it's a one way entrance. When inside the self fed car wash, there was a loud bang. I pulled out of the car wash and there's damage to our modified a.d.a. Van. It has side steps and an electric wheelchair ramp. Everything meets their standards, measurements and requirements. Their machine broke the side step ( which is flush to the van, like most others), we smell gas, and we don't know if the automatic ramp was damaged.  They refuse to do anything, claiming after market parts aren't covered. These conversions/modifications are necessary for me to live life, are permitted per A.D.A. They're refusing to make it right because it's A.D.A. equipment and not put on by the manufacturer of the van. The ADA supports the right to modify/convert private vehicles to enhance accessibility for individuals with disabilities. The ADA aims to ensure equal access for individuals with disabilities. Trevor ( He NEVER announced his position or his last name, White.) stated the gas leak wasn't mentioned in Hiram's ( physical employee at the wash) report. I told him, that's your employee's fault, as its on the police report and with our insurance. They also tried to close the case without hearing from us. Trevor ( customer service rep, he never disclosed his last name, i.d., or position) called and left 2 messages which we promptly returned. We were told the first time we called he was at lunch. The second time that he was in a meeting. Jo and Trevor stated; he tried to close the case and it's good that we called. He wasn't  taking any action or had even spoken to us. When we did speak, we got no where. He refused to elevate the issue or get a supervisor when asked. He said there was no information from his report regarding gas smell and then he refuses to get ramp checked or possible gas tank or line looked at. I told him that's the failure of the employee not to report it to him. The P.D. and our insurance are aware, he didn't care. No where within their own terms ( we found online at their website), nor is it posted at their physical address, does it state that they're not resposible for: gas tanks*gas or oil lines*side steps*under carriage damage*a.d.a conversion ramps, medically necessary equipment and hardware*  That is clearly outside of their generalized list they're trying to use to dodge responsibility. Their car wash cost $2,700.00. They broke medical equipment covered by A.D.A. laws which state conversions are to be treated as if they came from the vehicle manufac. They refuse to fix it, or even offer an apology (Manager, Trevor White, he didn't state he was the manager or his last name either.). I couldn't use my wheelchair accessible van for 2 weeks, not to mention the stress that makes my condition worse and permanent, couldn't leave my house, couldn't go to appointments. They don't rent wheelchair vans. Their car wash cost $2,700.00. Birds were feeding off the smashed bugs on our windshield after the looong drive to Vegas! We were in Mesquite doing errands and felt the need of a wash! They have billed my credit card for over $100 on three different months. I never agreed to this, it is fraud.

I am paying every month to pull in and get a carwash any time I want during business hours. Twice this week I've pulled into the Lindon location between 7:00 - 7:30 am and the sign is on, but nobody's home. What the hell am I paying for? Also, tell your employees to get off their damn cell phones when they're guiding me into the bay. I'm very close to switching this up. read more

I recently was passing in my travels and decided to wash my car. This place is nice, clean and they provide towels to dry. Great car wash.

How many times do you have to go through to get bugs off of the front of your car. four times and the kids just don't care. I told the young lady that checked me in to make sure they get the bugs off. Next time I told the prep washer please get the bugs off. $25 premium wash and they can't clean the front of my little car. Skip this location waste of your money and time. read more

It is a great car wash and the employees are great. They do not mess around scrubbing down your car. My only hesitation with supporting this business is that they are closed on Sundays. I'm assuming it's a Utah Mormon based business which is not Christian ... So why are they closed down on Sundays. Do your own research... I stopped at this location to get my truck washed the teens that usually help wash the Vehicles in St George were absent. At this location when I inquired what was happening I was informed it's to hot and the owner wanted them to stay in the air conditioned office.They could only help customers if they had a problem with the payment system.Would never return to this location I guess it would be better to go to a full service car wash.Great look for your business Tagg n go way to serve customers maybe next we should clean the building to wash our vehicles want customers to sweep the lot while were at it? read more

Honestly one of the best experiences I have had when it comes to car washes such as this. The first person that I saw was super friendly and answered all my questions. Starr was also very personable and kept it real with me on prices and overall what car wash I should get to get my car cleaned. If anyone has been to tag and go car wash in Mesquite on the 25th or 26th of May and your debit card wasn't working, they had swiped my card three or four times and then they said it was that it wasn't working and that I would get a free car wash that I checked my bank statement yesterday and there were four charges of $18 from them and now they're saying they don't have those charges they can't locate them they're asking me for copies of my bank statement they're asking me for my license plate number this is ridiculous I've already disputed it with the bank I will never go there again somebody check your bank statements if you were there on those dates or maybe before if you had a issue with your debit card seriously scary read more

Everything about this car wash is great. The car comes out spotless every time and the staff is eager to help. They spray and scrub the car before it enters the wash to get the sticky bugs off! They also have towels you can use to dry any spots off and free vacuums. read more

My first experience was WOW! A courteous helper at the self service check in explained all the available service after the wash. Free vacuum, free rags and free air. My car was never more thoroughly clean. Clearly the best wash experience in Mesquite. read more
