No prices on any product inside this allows them to change prices on the customers at will. The men's bathroom is an old Koi pond decorative fountain typically found in oriental restaurants. Price was nearly a dollar higher per gallon then the next gas station down. Eight dollar purchases in the next city over are over $14 here. Overpriced gas station! Since it's in the middle of the dessert, they crank up their prices. Everywhere else, gas is at $3.59 per gallon (December 2018) but here it's at $4.59!! I didn't buy anything here. I just came here to take a leak on my way to Vegas. But to be truthful from the outside the wayt this place is decorated you would think that it was actually shuttered up and the place wasn't in business! It must be the way they used the vinyl wraps on the store windows, that map design looks like they used newspapers to cover up the windows so people can't see inside!. I did notice they had all kinds of beef jerky for sale, perhaps if I stop here again I would get some. They do have a cool rock waterfall urinal to pee in. Its a large trough design and it was totally unexpected. Probably the most unique pisser midway between Vegas and LA. I dont know if they did anyhting special for the ladies side though. Just provide a fair price, coupled with good quality and good service. I traveled over here and was so excited to stop at this store, unfortunately they were not covid friendly so my family and I walked out. Hidden Gem! Probably one of the coolest little gas stops on the ways to Vegas. They have ZOLTAR from the movie big!! Stopped here randomly to get some snacks for the road and to my great surprise they had a wide variety of Chocolates, candies, nuts and beef jerky from their own brand Cima Mining co. Not your ordinary fill up stop, so much more.Charming old west schtick complete with talking moving prospectors out front. If you like jerky then you won't be disappointed as there is jerky on them there walls. I even saw a bacon soda. Hot sauce, magnets, cool signs, they even make candy, good candy. Convenient store with the worst bathroom in history. The bathroom is small with a door that gives a wide open view of the trough style urinal. Avoid this place if you have any young boys that need to go. The urinals may be neat ambience for hippies but NOT practical. The air dryer is in the worst spot and much too high for kids to use. We always stop and use the restroom and buy jerky and snacks They have samples so you can try before you buy. They also have a huge selection of candy and nuts. They also have fresh cut fruit. The bathroom line can get a bit long on the weekends but we usually go during the week so it's not bad. read more

Yes, gas is expensive here, but if you don't plan ahead then you pay the price. I like the place because I can grab some snacks if there's traffic on the way back/to Vegas. There are two Shell station that are in the middle of nowhere, but at least you know that if you're low on fuel you can always count on this place to have plenty full of gas and snacks! I mean come on, if you're gonna plan a road trip at all, you should be ready to gas up before you go. This is the last exit in California before you make your descent into Nevada and the state line. This place has the most AMAZING beef jerky! They have free samples and there is a lot of food and other items one might need for a trip or from Vegas. I opted for the teriyaki beef jerky and the turkey jerky. Both were delicious and were completely devoured before we hit Barstow. I gave this place 4 stars for the amazing selection of snacks, jerky and anything else you may need. If I could give the gas prices a review, it would be zero starts. Gas is super pricey here ( when we stopped here on 7-31, gas was $4.99 a gallon....not cheap). read more
