Today my husband went to get gas before work. He paid inside via Apple Pay $50.00 worth of gas and 2 Arizona teas. When he went to pump it gave no gas even though transaction was approved and it took $52.85 out of our bank. When my husband complained rude employee and rude manager said "It would go back on card", only the gas? Why when he paid inside via Apple one transaction. They refused to give us gas but we paid and money was taken out of bank. I've seen similar reviews on yelp and am wondering if management is scamming? They are SO RUDE and unprofessional. If I don't get the money back I will be reporting to authorities and better business bureau. read more

They steal your money at this location. They let customers pay for a car wash at the pump. You don't find out the car wash is broken until you pull around to it in the back. The rude cashier refused to give me my money back. She said she can't do that because I paid outside. She refused to come up with any other way to make it even with me. Never take your car here to get washed on a weekend.. and done use the the machine to pay for it.. I called and explained the car wash was not working although my car was already wet.. the lady was unable to rectify the situation because only managers can I explained the machine never printed a receipt again she was unable to fix that problem as well.. Good location and competitive prices. BUT, my review is about the people this place attracts! Somehow, this place always seems to attract all the hustlers and solicitors. I can't recall a time where I've gone to get gas here and someone hasn't startled me. Either they're asking for change, trying to get to me to buy some bedsheets, or telling me some sob story on how they need to get to Bakersfield, and then asking me for change. On one occasion, there was a car full of people selling cologne. One comes up to me, "Nice car...blah, blah, blah. Oh and do you wanna buy cologne?" "Umm...No thanks." Next guy, "I got some cologne for sale." "Umm...No thanks." THIRD GUY, "Do you need some cologne? I also got some CD's." "....." I love this place because there is no wait like at Ampm or Costco for gas. Cup of coffee is cheaper than 7-11. Tuesdays they have a car wash special for only $3. Yes gas is a little pricier than Ampm and Costco but not as expensive as chevron. And Customer service is always great. read more

I'm really annoyed that I pushed no on the gas pump denying the car wash and it selected yes because the buttons are worn down, charged me $9 and the service clerk was not able to refund me. I know it's only 9 bucks but that's still very annoying. I won't be coming back there for gas. read more

I fill up here on a regular basis and have never had a problem. The station is well lit at night and has well stocked convenience store.

This place always has panhandlers, solicitors, beggars. Why stop to get gas when you can't even exit your car safely to pump it? I have been here several times and there is always someone begging you for money. Today there was a man and his son, no older than 7, begging for money 2 feet away from me. I told them "No" several times before I even opened my door all of the way. Instead of walking away far enough for me to exit my car, they continued to beg and the man became belligerent. When they finally left, I was able to exit my car only to find out the pump payment station was not working properly. I ended up driving to the Chevron on Avenue L West Lancaster. The time before this, I couldn't even put air in all four tires without a person approaching me from behind asking for money. Management should seriously look into a security gauard to put a stop to loitering and soliciting. It takes $60 to fill my tank and i happily give that to the Costco, Sam, or Chevron, because I can at least give away my money without being ambushed by loiterers. read more

WATCH WHAT YOU'RE BEING CHARGED WHEN YOU GO IN TO PAY FOR STUFF. I just got back there and was overcharged for an LA Times newspaper. And they do not charge correctly for the Powerball lottery tickets. They're also playing spanish music in there all the time as well. No longer a pleasant place. BOO!!!!
