I've been coming here for a while now, and it's by far one of the most convenient car washes around. I love the monthly membership your license plate is automatically scanned, the gate opens, and you're in. No need to show a membership card or anything. The staff is always friendly, and I really appreciate the employee who guides you into the wash and takes the time to scrub the windshield and front of the car before you go through. This car wash is horrible. Doesn't even wash your car. I don't even understand what it does. The guy even scrubbed my front bumper and still didn't clean it. Leaves water spots all on the top of my car doesn't even clean the sides or the front barely touches the rims. And then as soon as you drive out, it throws black crap all over the side of your car. read more

If I were to rate BLISS only by my personal experience, which you probably expect, right? -- this review would not go so well. I've read a ton of 5 star reviews. When I arrived there were several cars waiting for their turn. I did their $10 for two washes special at the time. Good price. I took their package offering a number of waxes, tire detail and other things. Then, and this is part where they lost me, It was a drive-thru wash. I don't see how anyone gets all the product they will pay $30+for after the special. Maybe they do, and it's my lack of car wash knowledge. I'm used to personalized attention for my baby at $30+. Also, I have to vacuum my own car?! Granted, the majority of owners had some awesome looking cars. However, although I'm not as young as their apparent demographic, I have an awesome looking car as well. I also have an awesome looking cane that I've been forced to use since I was the age of their the majority of their customers . The very last comment I have is that, after the wash I didn't know where the vacuums were. I asked who I think was the female manager where they were, and the first thing out of her mouth was "did you pay?" Alrighty now. read more

I have a monthly membership here for the Transform+ option, which pays for itself within two car washes and allows for unlimited washes a month, so it's a good value. I typically go 4 to 8 times a month. I'm very pleased with the service amd personnel, and rarely find that the lines are much longer than 5 or 10 minutes, and more often than not, I pull right in. I'd like the people who do the drying on the other end to be a little bit more detailed, but generally, it goes well. I came from Santa Clarita and let me tell you , what a difference the Palmdale location is from the scv one. First off they don't have the polish tunnel. And second , they use a broom to pre wash your car before you go thru the car wash. I honestly think that's pretty horrible for the paint. Palmdale location to me was not good at all compared to the Santa Clarita location. But the car came out pretty clean nevertheless. Just a huge difference from the same company. Should be the same at all locations , they do not use a broom at the Santa Clarita location fyi which is a good thing. read more
