I had my oil changed here today after jiffy lube misquoted me a price of $89.99 for a synthetic oil change. The deal here is that you get your oil change, fluids checked and a bonus free car wash! A real bang for your buck. This place is equally as awesome because there is a station where you can self clean your interior. Plenty of vacuum and mat cleaning stations. What a great way to welcome me to North Carolina. We don't have anything like this in NY that is as convenient and affordable. Only rinky car washes in NYC. read more

While in town I needed to have the oil changed in my car. I liked that I was greeted by the employee with a price list of oil change options before I went to the waiting area. I also appreciate that as I was waiting for the service to be completed a print out was brought to me with other service options with the price of the service. I mention this because at the place I normally use in Raleigh these options aren't made available up front. Service was completed with minimal wait time and at a reasonable price. read more

ripoff !!!!!! the checkout price is very different than the quote you receive when you drive up. and, they try to add up-charges, especially for a woman, when you know they are trying to gouge the customer. regardless of the oil change, the checkout is the most frustrating experience possible due to the fees added on. read more

Worst service I have ever received. I am a very hard person to anger but they managed to infuriate me. The car wash service is awful. I would give it zero stars if I could. The man that takes the money ran my prepared card I wanted to use up and he told me I still owed some money. And I completely understand that I thought the remaining balance would not cover it all. As I got out the cash to cover the rest he keep sighing acted like I was annoying to him. I took it that maybe it was a long day and he was tired. No problem I have been there some days are hard, but still act a little more professional in front of customers. Then he acted pissed that I had handed him some ones to cover the odd number left on the balance. He could barely use the machine and it keep messing up. It took him so long that the Machine turned off taking all my money he had managed to get in it. When I asked if I could get my money back he said no it was just gone. At this point he had take over $15 worth. I said well can I just get the wash that the money would cover and he said no because he had put a high grade and didn't know how to change it. I asked him to ask someone else that may know and he said I could come back later. I am from out of town and I was stopping to get a car wash on my way back. I let him know this and he said and I quote " well oh well sorry" umm you took my money and don't care. At this point the woman behind me started to get mad about the wait time and complains to another employee that came over to see what the problem was he was able to get my money back mostly. And when I told him how much I had given the other man he said that that was not the actual balance he had been shown you the computer. He then proceeded to ask the first employee if that number was right. He said ya here is the rest of it. He had pocketed it. And was saying she will be taking out of my pocket so I hope she is happy. Umm I am sorry but you took my money. And then say it is coming out of your pocket and make it seem like am a bitch. Oh no you didn't. When I asked to speak to the manager and not for the first time he said "oh ya I am the manager." Never again! He then made the line behind back up and proceeded to make me back out. I had to back up down a ramp and through cones to direct traffic. During this process of backing he he started to yell at me that I needed to hurry up I was hold up the line. The audacity. Be warned this place is bloody awful. read more
