From the moment I received a call from Daniel I was intrigued. He assisted with the claim, the pick up of my car, and the drop off of my rental. He ensured that any question I had or anything I needed or may have needed was answered and handled. He followed up to check and make sure I was ok and if I needed anything else. Justin was also a big help explaining things I didn't know and making sure my car would be his first priority. Beverly dropped off my rental and made it easy and as painless as possible, even though she drove almost an hour away. I would recommend any and everybody to have their vehicles repaired by A & L Body Shop. I encourage the staff to continue to give their unmatched great service and I had nothing but the best experience and service with them. I was hit from behind and my back end was smashed pretty good long story short I got my car back and it was terrible ..... the trunk is not leveled after taking it to another shop who seen right away that the trunk wasn't flushed the trunk side pieces are lose and the inside was just jacked up the people foot prints are still inside the trunk they broke my floor piece that covers the spare tire and to top it all off I got 2 tickets because none of my lights worked and he tried to tell me it was electrical and it was not it cost me $67.00 just for the back lights and to have them installed !! so NO !! I would never use them again especially if I was in and accident nor will I recommend anybody to go to that shop personally I would definitely stay within the insurance network for your own protection !!

I had my car serviced here last Wednesday. On Friday my check engine light came on. I went to the…read morelocation only to realize they close on Friday afternoons. As I was leaving for a trip I did not want to ignore it. I stopped at another quickie place to see what was the problem. I messaged the owner on messenger. He called me within 10 minutes. After discussing the issue he sent a Jonathan Paim (who was off) to me. He brought a precious little man with him. He diagnosed my problem, went in the quickie place, purchased what he needed to fix the issue and did so on the spot. I waited in the care and was reading a book. I couldn't help but hear him explain to the little boy what he was doing and how to fix it. Jonathan used it as a teaching tool. I apologized to Benjamin for messing up his afternoon. He said it was not a problem. He had very sweet manners. My depart time was delayed but it was a pleasure to see a business and their staff stand behind their customers. It was also refreshing to see children with manners.
