When Tom started working for us, we had a very old irrigation system that completely needed to be replaced. Most of our problems were a result of poor maintenance and all the work done by us 20 years ago. The plan that Tom discussed with us was accurate and the cost estimate he provided was fair for the proposed work that needed to be done. Tom has always been very responsive and prompt to address any concerns or questions that we had. He provided an awesome irrigation system that we would've never found on our own. He is very helpful and most importantly Tom is extremely knowledgeable about irrigation systems. I do not say this lightly, if you ever want to know just how knowledgeable he is, Tom has a YouTube page that you can go to and watch his videos. They are very helpful and informative and it certainly makes you comfortable with the fact that he has been in this business for over 30 years and knows the business of irrigation systems extremely well. His knowledge is second to none and he is very professional and diligent in completing all the necessary repairs and replacements. Most importantly, he is very conscientious about the ongoing operations and also left the work area very clean and free of debris. For almost 40 years I have been in the real estate business and my husband has been a contractor. We have dealt with many contractors and irrigation companies. We have never written a review for any of the companies that we have dealt with in the past, but we were so impressed with Tom and his knowledge and professionalism we felt it was necessary for other people to know just how good he is. We had about 4 other landscape companies in the area come out first to give us an estimate on our project (Madrone, Pacific Outdoor, Purlieu, Atkinson) and a few of them actually wanted a pricey "design fee" before they would even give us a full/complete estimate. We already knew the basic idea of our design that we wanted, and so an extra design fee did not make any sense for our project. We ended up choosing True Landscape because their pricing was the most reasonable out of the group! Also, their representative George, seemed really committed to the project. He took measurements when he arrived, talked through a design plan, gave us a location to check out some of the landscape products to choose from, and even followed up the next day with some samples. George was also really easy to work with and scheduled/brought out the crew fairly quickly and the project only took about a week! In terms of the redesign, True Landscape installed new pavers, extended out our grass area, set up the drip water system, built a new planter box, and added large pavers and nice rocks around the sides. We are really happy with how it all turned out and our yard looks much more modern now : ).
