Called Best Western first and they were incredibly accommodating. No extra charge for the dog and a continental breakfast included. The room and bathroom were modern, clean and the service was impeccable. After the stress of a breakdown we were grateful to be treated so well. We ordered pizza and stayed in for the night. Breakfast the next morning included eggs, bacon and more. We requested a late check out while waiting for our part to arrive...no problem. Shit happens but it's great when people care and make you feel welcome. Highly recommended!

This was one of the worst Ramada rooms we have ever stayed in. Maybe even one of the worst hotel rooms as well. We stayed on the main floor and requested a non-smoking room. Unfortunately the non-smoking and smoking rooms seem to be inter-mingled on the main floor where we stayed so if you stepped into the hall it reeked of smoke from other rooms. The smell didn't seep into our room though otherwise we wouldn't have requested a room move. We didn't have much need to use the main hallway as we had an outside door to the parking lot. Our room was not in the greatest of states. Things falling apart such as the shower curtain was almost falling off the wall. We had to tape one side to keep it closed because it sagged to the middle. The toilet was loose on the floor. Tiles were poorly repaired. Air vents were filthy. The bed was well used and probably should have been replaced long ago. This was the worst mattress I have ever had in a hotel. I did take pictures of all of this and was going to post them with my review but I didn't think it was fair as I am hoping most of the rooms are not in the same state as this one. If you decide to stay here I would suggest staying off the main floor. I suspect a lot of truckers stay here and the bottom floors get a lot of use and abuse compared to the other floors. The front desk staff were very pleasant and nice to deal with. We didn't make a big deal about the room as we were just staying a few days and would mostly be out at the lake. I don't think I would stay at this location again. I do expect a lot better experience from a Ramada Hotel.

King bed, couch, felt like two rooms in one. It even had two air conditioners! Bed was comfy and with two A-C/heat units, it better be simple to get the temperature just right. 2) Pool. Not for the swimming - it's only 4 feet deep. But there's a water slide! A tall one! And no lifeguard telling you to follow the rules. (If anyone from Wyndham reads this, I followed the rules. If not, then not.) I slid about a dozen times and then enjoyed the hot tub for awhile. 3) Breakfast. Holy hand grenade of Antioch, I have never seen such a lush continental breakfast at a Wyndham. There was a waffle machine AND a pancake machine. There were multiple containers for breads, muffins, even cookies (all natural!). There were hard boiled eggs, wide assortment of jelly, cream cheese, a cereal bar, a separate milk station (not just for the coffee or in a pitcher, but an entire station), at least one juice station... I don't even think that's exhaustive. Not like I wouldn't give 5 stars just for having a quiet and clean room, but man would I ever stay here again.
