I found a few dentists in my insurance network but Dr Wachtel was the only one able to see me quickly. At the office, the staff was really sharp! I barely sat down before the Dental Assistant called my name. We took X-rays which showed I needed two crowns to protect the chipped teeth. To cut to the chase, Dr. Wachtel is super experienced, calming and friendly. He clearly explained every step of the work as it progressed. I can tell he has great skill and a good way with people. I worked in a dental lab years ago and met all kinds of dentists. Dr. Wachtel stands out to me as one of the best. I'll stick with him for sure.

My hubby & I are both very picky about dentists as we have both previously experienced bad or unethical dentists in the past. We find Dr. Galloway to be straight-forward and no-nonsense, which we are happy about. She is not one of those dentists who recommends a lot of costly and non-essential services. She is easy to talk to and listens to all of our concerns. We went ahead and paid for services upfront out of our HSA account but got our reimbursement pretty quickly from our insurance.

When they first opened the packaging for the bridge, they noticed it was not the same color as the rest of my teeth, it was much whiter. The dentist also complained it was not the material he had ordered. He must not have been familiar with the material because he was reading instructions on how to place it, which made me nervous.
