I was eager to get going with an attorney and you were the first to respond and say that you could help whereas other attorneys were hesitant to work in Euless but open and waiting for my response. So I wanted to connect with you because you were first and because time is of the essence. I think I spoke with someone at your office twice and the second time she took detailed information and said she was going to call each of the cities and get back to me and then when I didn't hear back I called and followed up and no one ever called back. I used the Yelp feature where it's going to send it out to other providers as well but I specifically requested it from you first. So to accept online and then to go further and have a conversation with me and then not return my calls, not only leaves me waiting but it also leaves the other attorneys waiting because I'm not sure what's going on if you're taking it or not. And since you haven't even called me back since Tuesday and it's now Friday I'm not really sure what your argument is. Hence this review. They responded and said that they were happy to help me and then when I gave them information that was in the original inquiry about the two cities I have expired registration tickets out of they never got back to me even though I left several messages.

I was uneasy during the entire process as there was an overall apathy towards my case. Someone was supposed to call me back twice in one week but did not. I signed the agreement to pay a reduced fine which is submitted to the court by the attorney. When I contacted the court I was told the attorney has not submitted the agreement and that was truly frustrating. In the final analysis, hiring this lawyer to "handle my ticket" was a frustration and something I could have done myself. Not worth it. I depend on Yelp for accurate and authentic reviews, but this time it did not work out as I expected.

Since my ex had over 20 hidden accounts and refused to turn in his discovery, I asked mark to issue subpoenas. He didn't. Instead, he offered a deal to persuade me into signing the agreement: if I agreed to give my inheritance to my ex, he would represent me in a partition to divide undisclosed assets case next. But, when it came time for it, he refused. You owe me my inheritance back mark. Watch out, he manipulates his own clients.

I have had Thompson Law Firm assist with my injury case that resulted from an auto accident. It has…read morebeen 1.5 years since they started working on my case and I've had 4 different attorneys over the 1.5 years and I've been very patient throughout. I was advised over one month by Attorney Aaron, whom is now the 4th attorney who is handling my case that I can only get $30k in which my medical bills are almost $20k which means that the law firm gets their 38%-42% cut and then the difference goes to my medical bills which still leaves me responsible to pay medical bills out of pocket with nothing left over for me to put in my pocket. It has been a joke how I've been treated. I was treated like a paycheck to them, nothing less or anything more. Due to the negligence of having 4 different attorneys over my case for 1.5 years, and they weren't even monitoring my medical bills or gauging my progress to discuss with me so that I would know early on that my medical bills exceeded the potential payout. And I only received my medical bills over a month after requesting them and still no call to discuss them or the negative balance that I left with. I only did the calculations myself to figure it out. This is the most incapable & unprofessional set of attorneys that I've encountered, ever. I would never recommend services by this law firm. This will also be posted on Yelp bc this was so unfair and immoral after enduring an injury that I will always be left with.

However, instead of dismissal, you will be advised by the firm to settle. Stay away from this place. Once they have your money, you wont get a response. Tom doesn't speak directly to clients. You will have to leave multiple messages with call screeners and send alot of emails to get a response from him.

Almost everything is handled by non-lawyer employees. Insurance companies know that, they make way-low offers, which are almost always taken. Two friends were injured in a classic wreck, they had the green light, middle of the intersection, a driver on his phone plowed through, hitting the Right-Side Door. Car video caught it all. One of the injuries was unusual, the passenger's hearing was dramatically affected. I called a couple retired PI lawyers I respected, described the case; after two of them suggested Marc Lenahan, I quit and called Mark. He has a reputation in the legal community of taking cases with unique injuries and pursing them vigorously. The clients were amazed: he called and talked with them for over an hour, explained how he practiced, their options to choose other counsel, talked about their damages, "If you do want to hire me, here's my address, call and make an appointment." The Insurance Company Adjuster made offers that were insulting, a couple thousand dollars, take it or leave it. Marc called, "We can reject it, file suit, that will likely get the attention of somebody above the Adjuster." Marc did. And, a couple months later called to say he'd gotten 100% of the Policy Limits. On both claims! Many PI lawyers only take "major" cases that may net them beaucoup bucks.
