Terrible business people put signs in front of your yard without asking, invasion of property. I had called to ask them and left a message to remove the signs trying to be nice but never called back or compiled. If they can practice this terrible business practice without asking for permission then they will probably give you a bad deal on your home. read more

The worst experience of my life, I found a property managed by this company and we dealt with Mike, Not only was he rude but made us lose a day of work going to his office for nothing because he decided not to give us the opportunity to apply for the property, not sure if it was because our lawful source of income or our race, I have never felt so discriminated in my life until that day. I email the owner to file a complaint about the treatment we received and I also email Mike to ask what was the base of his decision of not giving us the opportunity to apply for the property and no one bothered to email me back. This place was very unprofessional when the year contract expired and I decided to manage my place on my own due to an urgent need to sell. With out my signature they refunded my tenant her deposit, who they placed with a large dog and cat, stating that it was a small dog, that destroyed my floors with urine. I was stuck dealing with a tenant who's animals ruined my house and no deposit to fix the damage. I would never do business with them again. read more

Doug Shepherd was recommended to me when we were trying to decide whether or not we needed to update my parents' kitchen. My parents were looking forward to when they would be selling their house. I thought if the kitchen, needed to be updated then let's do it now so could be used and enjoyed. Doug came to the house and after looking at the kitchen and listening to their thoughts, he recommended not updating the kitchen. He said it was in good shape, just a bit dated. He also said not knowing what a buyer wants for a counter top or color for walls and cabinets means that the updated kitchen could be a selling point, but also, it may not be. So, why spend the money?? This came as good news to all of us. I filed his name and number since I was going to be selling my house in the next year. Once it was time to sell my house, I called Doug. He came to the house, checked it all out, and recommended putting a little bit into the house (paint inside, new carpet, new vinyl kitchen floor) so I would be able to increase the sale price by about $30,000. I did that and actually sold the house after only 3 days on the market and for $5000 over asking price! Wahoo! Thank you, Doug! This is the first house I have sold and it was a great experience! Doug and his organization are very professional. Doug walked me through each step and made sure I understood everything. We just sold our last home through Doug Shephard, but this was not the first time we consulted with Mr. Shephard, He is such a professional and hard working for us on our first home on Mesa Oak Drive in the Orange Crest area. We could not believe our home sold before the For Sale Sign had a chance to settle in the ground. It was one day on the market in 2001 and that afternoon it sold. Doug even allowed use to delay a payment since we were immediately going on a vacation to the UK. When we got back everything was ready to sign. Another home we purchased from Doug Shepherd in 2006 is the one he sold for us in 2015. Again his amazing help in selling this home in 2015 was due to his, total service, kindness, advertising, website photos, and mailing fliers, all was extremely helpful in our sale of this home. Buying a home was a dream that came true thanks to my realtor and lender. I met Kristee Hanna at an open house in Moreno Valley and after talking for just a short while, it seemed as if she understood my wants and needs immediately.
