I have used Lavern's Eagle Real Estate business for several years and would highly recommend. I became a client when a major big name real-estate rental business dropped me out of the blue because they did not know how to deal with the problem tenant they had found for my property. Very, very good property management company. I chose them after much research, and I have been extraordinarily pleased. Everything is above board and seamless. I have some very good, long-term tenants who have difficulty with change, but Lavern was able to put them at ease (and not without some real effort on his part!) He keeps me informed but also is excellent about managing situations as they arise. Much different from my previous company. The only reason for the 4 star is that there are still some things that could be taken care of electronically via the software the company uses that are still be managed by snail mail and paper monthly notices/receipts. I must say, these guys are fantastic. They are a wonderful family and are always willing to advocate for their tenants. About a month ago, we had an issue with our water heater, and LaVern Sr. went above and beyond to find someone to assist us. Even though there was little he could do on his own, he persisted and made sure that our needs were met. 3 YEAR UPDATE!!!! I no longer wanted to rent my home. I literally just text LaVerne (property manager) that I no longer wanted to rent my home, he asked me what day I wanted the tenants out by and done!!! The tenants were out even before my requested date. The house was left in great condition and the rent was paid up until they left. These guys are fantastic. Father and son both names LaVern. Their price for property management is much lower than others. I was initially afraid it would mean worse service but it did not. They were fantastic. Top notch service and professionalism, even with a very difficult tenant situation. They were so good to me I used them to sell my house. Even then they went above and beyond to take care of me. LaVern Jr even went out to my house to paint the backyard trestle because the buyer went FHA loan and the loan conditions were super picky. I feel like most real estate brokers are overpaid for the amount of work they do but LaVern more than earned his money. I would highly recommend them for property management in the Riverside area or as real estate brokers. read more

Good at the begging of property management. Not okay with exit review. They allowed previous tenants to exit without doing a good inspection on the property. Now as the homeowners we have had to repair several things in the house. These are some of the things that went wrong...touch up paint was awful, drilled into our wood kitchen island, broken garbage disposal, closet door was broken, and laundry room outlet ripped out. The touch paint job was awful although we left a 5 gallon bucket of paint for touch ups. Tenants were allowed to leave the property by the management company without being charged for any of the damaged that was caused. Now as the homeowner I'm having to spend money to repair all these issues that were not there the day we handed over the property to be managed by this company. Not professional at all! read more

I called Eagle Property to inquire about them taking over my rental property in Riverside. Lavern was really helpful and could tell that getting a management co. was not really what I wanted to do but helped me with ideas to see if I could do it on my own 1st. If that time comes that I do want a PMC, Eagle property is who I would hire. I spoke with a few PMC and I really felt LaVern was looking out for my best interest and I do like the flat rate where other companies take 6% of the rent. read more
