Very smooth and fast process. Nurses made sure everyone was ready to go before my procedure and made me feel very comfortable the whole time. They had my prescriptions set up and ready to go before hand that way they were done around the time I was done. Only bad remark I have is, they didn't contact or try to get previous XRays taken the same week from my dentist, so I had to pay out of pocket ($100) for new ones because my insurance covers one a year, even though they use the same machine and same imagining. I'd understand if they were old or different, but they were both taken the same week, by the same machine.

The receptionist is very slow and bad at her job. The office itself is extremely uncomfortable. It's old, dark and ugly. The staff was cold, impersonal and rude. Just like the doctor. This man allowed his personal bias to prevent him from upholding his hippocratic oath. He is rude and disrespectful. I can not stress enough that oral surgery is a big deal. It is a lengthy, painful and expensive process, You want to make sure you find a good doctor you can trust to treat you with dignity and respect. Dr. Laureano is not that guy. He is an awful little man who probably should have gone into a different line of work altogether. Personally I think he would make a great fry cook at McDonald's.

Save yourself the trouble and $$ and go to one of the many other options in Louisville.

I asked if we need to bring anything, x-rays etc., I was told no because they needed to do them there for the surgery. No problem made the appointment, paid the co-pay and scheduled the surgery for 60 days out, because the surgeon was going on vacation. Now you have to realize she was in pain during this time but to them, it was what it was, I guess. On the Friday before the Monday of the surgery we received a call from the surgeons office saying he didn't feel comfortable doing it and we need to go elsewhere. So after a few more weeks we found another place to take care of her. Today I received a bill from 03/21/19 for $66 for the prep for the surgery that they didn't want to do. Now realize these procedures wouldn't be required if not for the upcoming surgery. I really find it amazing that a business, medical professional, could require procedures to prep for surgery and then at the last minute decline to proceed and charge you for something that wouldn't be required if not for the upcoming procedure.
