I've been putting off going to the dentist for a good number of years...well, almost 50-years to be…read moreexact. In my younger days dentist offices were scary places...dark and gloomy. When I walked into the Aspen Dental Clinic with their day-lit offices and open spaces I felt relaxed and actually relieved and ashamed I waited so long. I did not wait long to be seen (maybe 10-minutes.) X-rays were immediately taken and before I knew it I was relaxing listening to Dr. Graham going into great detail about about these x-rays and what I was in for. To make a long story short these were the nicest people I've ever met in an office setting. Believe-you-me I know these people were sincere about helping me. This morning, less than a week since my surgery, my new dentures were being adjusted by Dr. Graham and his friendly staff for a snug proper fit. I'm now getting rave reviews by friends and family...even my family doctor...about how 'natural' my dentures looked. Yes, the word was 'natural'. They said I even look younger than my 71 years. I'm on cloud nine! Don't hesitate like I did these many years...modern dentistry is here. Thanks to all the office staff, especially Alexa at the front desk for making my visits positive ones. I love your smiles and true dedication to making people feel relaxed and happy during their visit. Keep on keeping on. 5-stars + and growing in my opinion. I am one happy customer.

The only good part about our visit was our tech Alice and she's the reason they got two stars…read moreinstead of negative five. We booked the appointment back in January for March 31 during my daughter's spring break. We got the confirmation text and a phone call for the insurance information last Thursday for a Monday appt. Imagine my surprise when we show up 20 min before her appointment and she isn't found in the system. Everything that was completed before gone. The insurance info given last week in the system but not on her account and her date of birth was wrong. They aren't equipped for children under 12, which would have been nice to know back in January so I could have found a different office. Alice tried to get as much completed with what she had and bonded with my daughter over their similar nicknames. She took the best of care and made sure she explained dental care to my little in ways she could understand. Thank you to Alice, and Alice only.

So many people hate the Dentist -- not me. I've been coming to Bullitt Dental since I was a kid!…read moreYes -- they are a little drive from the East End, but absolutely worth it! Lots of reasons -- they are friendly! I'm always greeted BY NAME and with a smile. Even when I call the office, they know who I am. They remember little things about me - like that I'm a Cards Fan, or that I was about to go on vacation when I visited last. They ask about my job or my partner -- you feel like family when you're there! The appointments feel very organic. They truly care about the client sitting in the chair. The cleanings are great. We chat the whole time, but they do have TV's in each area for the recluse or child. They communicate what's going on during any cleaning or procedures and even let you choose your toothpaste flavor. When you're all finished, they'll send you out the door with a great little goodie bag. When your appointment is coming up you'll get lots of reminders -- emails, phone call, texts, even a postcard. (If you bring the postcard to your visit, you'll be entered into a drawing -- for a tooth whitening package I believe.). I always seem to forget mine :( I've referred friends with no dental insurance in the past -- they've worked with them and really helped to make cleanings affordable. If you need a Dentist, or hate your current one -- check out Bullitt Dental. They are absolutely worth the drive to Bullitt County!

I've been going here for ten years and have no reason to switch. The dentist is great (Dr. Bell). Even better is the rest of the staff. Not that anyone is better than the dentist, it's just that, in regard to routine and preventative cleanings that take up most of the time, it is other staff members who I interact with more. The staff is so friendly, from check-in to check-out. I enjoy continuing conversations from one visit to the next. The atmosphere is so relaxed and down-to-earth that I forget I'm in the dental office and start to feel as if we are all around a table with pizza and some drinks (no sugary candy, though).
