Because the Manager was not at the store on the multiple occasions I went to address this, I was told the Manager would call me. However, even after multiple attempts to reach the Manager I never got a call. I told the staff I was willing to accept store credit for ~50% of the value of the lost shirt, but the Manager was not willing to give me even $1 in store credit or any compensation at all. Eastgate Cleaners is associated with the Dryve Cleaners at the corner of Poplar and White Station, and the people at Dryve Cleaners were unwilling to help as well. I understand that accidents happen, and I would have considered continuing to use Eastgate Cleaners again if they had addressed their error with professionalism and integrity, but unfortunately I won't be able to use them again.
