I had tried explaining to the best of my abilities of what I wanted, and i was under the impression I was being heard and understood but unfortunately I wasn't and I didn't end up liking my lashes. I reached back out same day (just to let her know I didn't like them and was hoping for a new appointment, I was never expecting a free appointment or to rearrange her schedule but at this point I was going to pay for a whole new appointment plus a removal fee, I felt it may have been my fault for not liking them) never heard back, and the next day (I tried giving the lashes time in hopes I would like them, without bothering her and being annoying) I reached out again by the third day to see if there was anything she could do and I was never contacted.
