Almost nine years later and they send some unexplained doc to sign, to my email. There was NO cover letter to explain what was happening. At first I did not open the doc in fear of a scam. I wanted and needed questions answered. Every time I called their office, I never received anyone live, to ask questions. I must of called six or seven times, perhaps more. All on different days, over about a period of three weeks. The exception to their lack of life, was the reception operator. At least she was somewhat alive. I think she has a hearing problem. I mentioned my name and spelled it out twice. She thought the last name started with a B. It is spelled with a G. I left five, six voice mail messages, over the course of three weeks. No one returned any calls to me! I think it was Amir that mentioned in his message of voice mail, he would call me at his earliest convenience. I waited at least five work days.And no one called me back.
