According to NY DMV a motorist is "permitted to cross a double yellow line when exiting a highway". Regardless of this fun fact, I was issued a ticket for not observing a traffic control device. Rosenblum law made it super easy to retain legal services, I simply texted them a picture of the ticket, and immediately got a reply from a manager at the firm. I explained what happened and for a very reasonable fee was represented by an experienced attorney. The firm took care of everything, they filed with the court and appeared on my behalf. The result was favorable to me and I couldn't be happier. If you got a ticket in NY call this lawfirm. And remember, in NY you have an indelible right to counsel, which means you have a right to talk to an attorney BEFORE you answer any questions from the police. His communication is clear and concise. His level of professionalism and integrity is phenomenal, at least in my experience. He went above and beyond while trying to do everything in his ability to get my tickets dismissed however, he was not able to do so not because of anything he did or didn't do but just because NYC does not plead tickets down and 99.9 % of the time the police officers show up in addition to their verbal deposition there's also the body cam footage and other evidence that is very hard and difficult to get thrown out. Despite a partial negative outcome, he was able to secure a warning from the judge instead of a suspension in addition to the points, which is my eyes is a good outcome thanks to James! Gannes and Musico bought out LAR and took over my case. It was a right turn on red case. The hearing kept being extended. And when it was actually heard, the firm did nothing.
