This was an high end hotel. I was here because my husband was doing Marathon last Sunday. And TCS had a welcome family Brunch for the supported runners. They had a breakfast at a separated room, then 9am going to checkin the family member of the runner. And 10am we could stay inside and started our brunch. We walked around the hotel before the room was ready. The entrance of the hotel has decorated with some pumpkins that really like Fall festival. They do have business lounge at ground floor level. 2nd floor was the meeting rooms or the function rooms. There was a bridge that we could walk to outside of the hotel to the City Hall. Inside the function, TCS was ready a big screen TV to camera the runners. I found my husband ran passing the line and took the pictures from the TV, while my little girl was enjoying her beef. For the food, they were tasty, and suited everyone's need. Drinks were variable. Beers, bloody ceases, orange juice with champagne... It was a windy day that my daughter and I both stayed inside with covers and watched him to win. The service of the hotel also really good. We walked everywhere, the staff would ask what they could help us, when we need some direction. read more

We booked their conference room for a day and were happy with how organized everything was. They shared the floor plans and the schedule with us ahead of time. On the day of our meeting, we were contacted by staff and they were responsive when we would have any requests. First pros: Location is amazing. Hotel staff is very very friendly and helpful. There are so many restaurant shops and everything you need either around the hotel or under the hotel in Path. Cleaning stuff did great job. Internet work very well for their members. TV was smart. Fridge worked. Sauna pool and gym were very good. Cons: Hotel is kinda aging. Needs new carpet, towels and some maintenance. There was also construction in front of the hotel and they were working all night long until morning and it was very noisy (April 2025). This is one of our conference hotels in Toronto and I was pleasantly surprised that my room was ready several hours early (and they didn't charge for early check in like some hotels do!) Not sure if it's because I'm a Marriott Bonvoy Rewards member, but it was appreciated. I also loved the free water in my room daily, and being on a high floor with a great view. The location in downtown was excellent and I also loved the shops on the lower level and having access to "the path" which is an underground tunnel with other shops and restaurants/coffee (Tim Hortons, Starbucks) that can take you all the way to Union Station. That would be convenient in bad weather. My conference was between here and the Fairmont which is just before Union Station so I walked this route every time I needed to be there. The Internet was stable, housekeeping was efficient and the lobby was spacious with ample seating and even some work stations. The only negatives were I didn't have a fridge and the restaurant meals and bar prices were expensive. ($10 for my latte had me running to Starbucks!) Other than that I had a great 5-night/6-day stay and would stay here again. read more

The hotel is great with large exercise room, indoor/outdoor pool and huge Marriott Club on 43rd floor. The hotel bars are on the pricy side for alcohol and wine, but there are plenty of local spots within walking distance. This hotel is super centrally located and a really short walking distance to Eaton Centre, bars and restaurants. We were on a family weekend getaway and wanted to be close to the mall so we could go see the tallest Christmas tree (and the light show that goes with it!). We didn't park so can't comment on that. The entrance was pretty standard for Sheraton - was a bit surprised the Xmas decor wasn't up yet but it's technically early but I thought they would have gone with the mall schedule. We paid for an upgrade to a suite since we had 2 kids with us and that was $150. Then we also paid for the lounge access which was another $150. The upgrade to the suite for us was a necessity due to the kids young age so it's hard to say whether it's worth it. If you're traveling with friends and are out most of the time then probably not. The lounge was relatively worth it for us. They served hor d'oeuves from 5pm to 8:30pm. This was pretty much dinner (we didn't think the toddler and baby would be suitable for the bar scene or the fine dining for other people's sake). They had salad, veggies and dip, a cold mussel appy, some breads and cheese/cold cuts. There was also a tofu bao (mock pork). The star of the night was the lamb chops in curry sauce. It's essentially AYCE lamb chops and all you can drink water/tea/starbucks coffees/bottled juices. It was all done very nicely. The breakfast on weekdays was from 6:30am - 10:30am. It had a nice spread of scrambled eggs, yogurt, select cereals, granola, honeydew, pineapple, oatmeal, vegetarian sausage, assorted breads and danishes, cheese, cold cuts etc. it was decent considering it was included in the access and we were well fed before our journey home. I should also mention service was pretty good across. Only complaint is that the room is quite noisy (kept hearing rolling trolleys or something upstairs). But decent overall. read more

What an experience. We came to the heart of the city for a business event, and were very pleased with the service and food quality at the hotel. The room was standard, two queens, and standard bathroom. We were on the 25th floor, and we he view of city hall, little Ben the clock, the other pieces of old architecture were just stunning and unobstructed. I could not have asked for better. Unfortunately our lights in the bathroom and front of the room switched out, and I had to shower in the dark... but this was soon remedied with one phone call to the front desk and within minutes they fixed it. I came down for breakfast in the hotel lobby, and ordered a chai latte and the big skillet full DC breakfast. The latte was one of the best I've actually had in the city. I'm sad that they don't really do take out on a regular basis or have a window at the side of the building for grab and go services. It's a whole milk latte with the perfect amount of spice in it. So on point! The skillet was kinda the standard breakfast, good but nothing that special. Came with two pieces of bacon that was a little saltier than I am used to but it's thick cut, chicken sausages roasted tomatoes, toast, and two really good nice yellow yolk eggs. This place is really interesting! We came for a conference and have over 3000 registrants which means BIG BUSINESS for this hotel. First they lied about our reservation (saying we didn't have the conference rate), then they placed us in a suite and never revealed the pricing! Needless to say, we talked them down a bit, but it is really not good enough. The hotel rooms are old and not renovated! The couches look like they haven't been replaced in several years! The carpet is old and the furniture even older! Microwaves - you would think the hotel would lease or buy additional ones with all the foot traffic they have this week, but they failed to plan! The valet folks are on point! I like them a lot! The bells men are really nice and professional too. The registration team - hit and miss for sure! This hotel wanted to capitalize on the money that could be made this weekend and it was and is so obvious. We are escalating our room rate to the general manager and really hope they do the right thing! read more

Pretty snazzy hotel right in the heart of downtown Toronto. I stayed here for two nights about a month ago and it was really nice. I came from the airport so parking during my stay wasn't something I needed to worry about. Checking in and out was a breeze and the staff were friendly from beginning to end. My room was rather large, very comfy, and had a great view of the city, including CM Tower. It had all the necessary amenities including a fridge (don't find that often anymore), coffee maker, all that stuff. I slept great too. The only thing that was annoying about the room was having to log into Netflix again every time I turned off the TV. I've stayed in other hotels and that wasn't a problem, so I know there's a way to do it. Anyhoo, I stopped by both the coffee shop and the restaurant on the first floor, and spent some time in the enormous lobby. I loved that they had working stations set up. Being a conference hotel, I get it. Very nice! The restaurant was tasty but not on Yelp yet so I'll get to work on that. I would totally stay here again and I have no reason not to recommend it. This hotel was in a perfect location. We stayed two nights to enjoy a weekend in Toronto. It was close to good restaurants and walkable for us to go to the Blue Jays game. The staff was overly kind and accommodating. We easily were able to get an early check in and late check out. We got a room on the 30th floor and it had an awesome view of the CN tower and skyline. The bed was comfortable (ask for memory foam pillows if you don't love the super squishy pillows that are standard) and the room spacious enough for our needs. The bathroom was pretty standard and not huge or fancy but was clean. There was a great indoor outdoor pool and gym as well on property. I recently booked for one night for a staycation in the city. I haven't stayed here before but since I am a Mariott Bonvoy member, I figured I would stick to the tried and true brand. I'm really glad I did, it was a great stay! The entrance to the hotel is between Queen and Richmond so you can access it from either street which is convenient. They do have parking available and valet service which is great when you've had enough of that downtown Toronto traffic. The hotel smells distinctly like the clean of the other Mariott hotels. I have read that most hotels have their own signature scent that they R&D so guests start to associate that with the brand. Pretty cool! We were staying around the holidays so a there was a corporate party there that night and lounge was bumpin. There wasn't a line at concierge though, so check-in was a breeze. Marc was very gracious and saw in my notes that I prefer high floor rooms. He was able to get us on the 30th floor with a great view of Nathan Philips Square. The hotel is a well established so there was some wear on the carpets headboard but everything in the room was very clean. The bathroom was really big which was surprising and the king room had lots of space for luggage. There were two complimentary bottles of water and coffee available, which was tucked into a cupboard that was part of the dresser. The clientele seem to be a mix of travelers and business people. In the morning, the lobby lounge was swarming with conference attendees and the like. There's a lot of space to set up a laptop and charge and there were even phone booths where you could take calls. It's also just a great place to grab your morning coffee because there's a beautiful waterfall that can be viewed from anywhere in the lobby since it's enclosed by huge glass windows. The price point was competitive with hotels in the area for a clean, cozy room without excess. Really happy we stayed here and would again! read more

It's within walking distance of the arena where the Maple Leafs play and the Hockey Hall of Fame as well as numerous bars a restaurants. The hotel staff were knowledgeable and professional. This hotel is just OK. I chose it only due to the proximity of a conference that I was attending and the fact that it was the only Marriott that was walkable to the conference venue made my decision. Seems like everything was kind of old and dated, and I really honest to God think I stated this hotel during a childhood trip to Toronto in the mid 1980s. It seems so familiar that should tell you a lot about the decor and the general upkeep of the hotel. It was comfortable it was a Marriott property and relatively clean so it got the job done but certainly wasn't the best place in Toronto. This was a business trip for me so it was essential I stay in a hotel that was within walking distance of where I was working. The Sheraton Center in Toronto is very easy to find as you can exit the train station and follow one road all the way to its location near Philip Square. There are many entrances to the building, but the main entrance is located in the valet area which is covered. Staff is friendly to greet you as you walk to the entrance and when you walk in you immediately see the size of the place which can seem overwhelming for some. It gets very loud though as there are several areas to congregate and sound travels pretty far. I requested an early check in which was accommodated. The offered me a free upgrade to Guest room, 1 king pool view. I thought that was a nice gesture, thanked them and continued to my room. Little did I know the walk to get to my room was a hike. I took he elevator to the 4th floor and when I exited a sign pointed me to the left. I walked down the hall past the gym entrance and pool locker rooms, but no room yet. Turned left, then right, then down another hall and finally found my room on the backside of the hotel. That was not an easy find. The room was spacious had all the amenities I wanted and had a door that gave me direct access to the pool area with a small wall and some shrubs to sort of hide the room a bit. There was a chair and table outside the door sort of like a small patio to relax on. The windows are NOT tinted so you everyone in the gym, on the treadmills and elliptical, as well as those in the lounge area beside the pool can see directly into your room. Either one of two things was going to happen: someone in the gym or pool area was going to see me walking around in barely anything or I was going to look creepy because I could see everyone in the gym and pool. Thankfully neither scenario surfaced, but I would not select this room ever again. I like my privacy which is why I always select a floor as high as I can go unfortunately high floors are not available for early check-ins. Once you take the time to walk around you'll begin to understand how the hotel is connected to another building, which also has an underground area where they hide some local food hot spots, sort of like a food court, and some retail outlets. The noise level in the lobby is more than I tend to enjoy so I indulged in room service once and chose to walk to local establishments and bring food back with me the few days I was there. Overall, it's a nice hotel, but avoid the lower floor rooms. If you prefer a more relaxed atmosphere with lower noise levels, this is not the place for you. It is conveniently located a few blocks from Yonge Street which has many outlets and lots of places to stop and get food including some US restaurant chains. This was my go to for food if you don't mind a little walk. read more

Our stay at the Sheraton was great. It's right downtown and walking distance to many attractions Greta at the front desk was so friendly and helpful! All of the staff was delightful. The room was clean and spacious. I didn't get to try any food so can't speak on that. But the bar has great drinks, and there's so much space to hang around the lobby. Tip: downstairs from the lobby is the Path, which is basically an underground mall and pathway that spans down to the CN tower and union station. Felt like a 5-star hotel and one of the best Marriott properties I have stayed at. - rooms were clean, spacious, and housekeeping was on top of their game - staff were very quick to handle check-in, questions, etc. - even though they had 5 holiday parties going the same night, they kept the chaos well organized and a great experience - the people in the Lounge on the top floor are highly professional and well trained; I have never seen a lounge this well run with a bar, food, cleaning, and seating - excellent location near the 1 line, and centrally located to the ice skating rink and other spots Overall, A+ Marriott property and would gladly stay here again. We stayed here for a few nights recently, and loved the location. Close to lots of restaurants, bars, the mall, etc. We had a good buffet breakfast in a meeting room with our tour group. There could have been more food choices, but the food served was of good quality. The bar in the hotel was fantastic, and the pool was really great. The only negative of the property was how noisy it was at night. There was a large Asian event across the street, and it was so loud in our room. If your an exclusive member with Mariott meaning Gold plus and getting access to their club elite lounge 43rd floor. Wowza that is amazing view in that lounge. We stayed her at the conclusion of a longer Canadian tour and found the experience to be very nice. Very comfortable rooms that were clean and well appointed. The bathroom was probably the area that could use an upgrade but it was sufficient. The changing room by the pool was very nice, excellent fitness room with updated equipment and lots of space. The indoor/outdoor pool was very nice but it's not heated so the water was cold - probably refreshing on a hot day but otherwise? The bar was nice and comfortable. What a FANTASTIC time here. I was staying here with my friend for my whole visit while I was in Toronto. I loved the location of the hotel as it is literally Downtown Toronto, and my room was facing the large Toronto sign with the city hall building in the background. The room I was located in has tons of natural lighting during the day, and at night I don't need to turn on the lamps as the street lights of the city really filled out my room, it was a very good sight, it was beautiful. The front desk staff that checked us in was very friendly, and helpful. The amount of people that go through that front desk, it was ALWAYS busy every time I am down there passing them by in the lobby. I always wondered if the staff there get a break. Whenever I was there to see the front desk, they are nice, and they always helped me whenever I have troubles. And whenever we called down to the front desk, they answered all of our queries properly too. Extremely nice group of people down there for sure! My friend and I had access to the Elite Club on the 43rd floor because he was a Mariott Elite member. So I would visit it whenever I could and possible. The service upstairs are over the top, literally, and they are always helpful and nice. On top of that, they are very attentive with all the members that are staying at the hotel and they know how to give everyone who visits the lounge a fantastic time. Not only are the staff upstairs literally amazing, the people who work at the pool and the people who take care of the 24 hour gym are nice and friendly too. They can help you with everything that they can, and they serve you when you are just chilling there at the pool side. She literally kept filling me up my glass of iced cranberry juice. I for sure know next time I am visiting Toronto, this will be the place I will be staying. The place is fantastic and it is worth the amount you are paying for. It was slightly annoying that the shampoo bottle was missing out of the shower and no one bothered to put one there in its place. We stayed at the Sheraton when covid cases were much lower and on the last random super warm weekend in September because they have an outside pool open year round. The check-in: The check in was an easy experience. They had major social distancing and the employees were nice. We were able to check in early so we could start swimming right away. The Pool: The pool was fantastic! We booked the room right after I saw an Instagram post saying their pool would be open that weekend and the weather would be 30 degrees. They have a huge pool and I swam laps for over an hour. The sun was shining and the pool area was really nice. I also think Goldie Hawn was there (this was during Tiff and it really looked like her sitting across from us at the pool. I would definitely book another room for a pool day when it's hot again. The Room: The room we stayed in was huge. During covid we take extra precautions anywhere we go. We bring Lysol wipes and wipe down everything we will touch or use. We wiped all the lamps, surfaces, light switches, door knobs and more. This room was cleaner than some of the others we stayed at. The breakfast: The breakfast was huge. It was included with our hotel cost and it left us very satisfied. I ate way too much for breakfast and highly recommend it. They even catered to my food allergies. During covid the breakfast is a pre-order and they give it to each person in a huge take away bag. Check Out: I negotiated a late checkout so we could swim all day long. I was going to write a nicer review, but after tonight's events, I can't. Please read till the end, it's a SAFETY RISK! I checked into the hotel a day ago. Beautiful property with an easy to access location in a nearly center point of downtown Toronto. Pretty easy to find. I checked into the hotel. The receptionist went back and forth with me on room types. Apparently I booked a 2 bed instead of a single. No big deal..just give me a single. Why did this have to be a 10 minute discussion?? I got my room key and vague directions to my room in this massive hotel. I was put on the 2nd floor (convention hall). Weird. I wandered through the property for 10 minutes to find my room just for the key not to work. Great. When I went back down, the lady at the front desk fixed it, walked me to my room and made sure the key worked. And gave me a $50 meal credit for the issue. Cool! Problem solved, everything's cool. Nope. I call room service to use my credit. At night they go down to a night time menu. Well..this sucks. I can't get the item I wanted. But it's fine. I'll find something else. I tried to order a salad, but it's pre made and I can't have a few things due to dietary restrictions. Bummer. So I settle on wings and a Caesar salad. The food comes up. The salad was fine. The wings were cold and taste like old meat. Not like they sat out, but like the wings are near expiration. I couldn't eat more than two. Nothing serious. I would still give 3-4 stars. It's 3:30a. And an alarm is going off in my room. It sounds like a phone alarm. I thought the iPod dock next to my desk www malfunctioning. It's annoying and I'm starting to get angry. 4 minutes go by of this sound. Then the announcement. -This is a fire safety test- WHAT!? ARE YOU F-ING KIDDING ME! It said fire test!! At 3:30 in the morning. I rush down to the front desk and the message changed. Something triggered the alarm on floor 3B. I'm shaking in the lobby, looking for answers. The bell man said I could have stayed in my room. WTF! This was handled we so poorly! I understand fire alarms happen, but where's the assurance?? Where was the staff to check the floors?!? The alarm sounded like a phone alarm going off. 4 MINUTES FOR IT TO SAY IT WAS A FIRE ALARM?! IF THIS WAS REAL, I COULD HAVE DIED! I usually NEVER review anything so low, but this is by far the WORST hotel I've ever stayed in! At least the one in Kyoto I ranked low didn't put my life at risk! read more

BED BUGS I was there for a business event from sunday-tuesday. On Monday during our courses I went up stairs to grab something from our room to find a bed bug crawling on my bed. We then missed half of our event due to the staff 'trying to move our rooms'. They offered to clean out clothes, they did clean three of my staff members but lost my bag of clothes which I had to fight for them to find. They claim they don't have bed bugs due to their results coming back negative but I didn't kill the one we found and it was red so it had also fed on us. A girl in another room got bitten on her face which then got infected. A terrible experience and complete waste of money. Since it came back negative they will not be taking any further action to kill the bed bugs there since they have 'none'. I do have photo and video evidence of this read more

Five solid stars for my recent 7 day stay for a conference at the Convention Center. With the exception of not having a true restaurant in the hotel, service and hospitality by all the staff were very welcoming. For those that like to swim laps they have a 23 meter or for the folks from the United States it translates to a 25 yard partial indoor outdoor pool. I liked the Grab and Go coffee and pastries at 6 am when they open. At night time, this area also offers limited seating at the bar area with a limited menu. The other Lounge bar directly across has tapas and some more items such as steak but a very limited selection. Special shout out to Lorena who greeted me every morning at 6 am when I came down for coffee and blueberry scone, Valerie who was the Lifeguard and pool attendant and Kyle who waited on me one night when I ordered their burger. The Sheraton is close to Eaton Center and chain restaurants such as The Cactus Club, The Keg and a great Thai Restaurant called Pai. Finally, the Convention Center is about a 20 minute walk which is also convenient and next to the Toronto Blue Jays stadium. read more

Stayed here for an evening for a work trip. Rooms were fine, maybe a bit dated, but the brand new Marriott lounge was AMAZING. The views are great, the breakfast was good and had a lot of variety as well. Definitely plan to stay here next time I'm in town for work. read more

This is a nice hotel, nice pool, okay gym and is right in downtown. The reason I gave it 3 starts, the food here is garbage. Got in late from a flight and didn't feel like going out to get food. Everything was going good, room got upgraded, had a nice view and thought, cool this place is gonna be good. Checked out the room service menu, didn't see anything that really caught my eye so I played it safe (so I thought) and ordered the Chicken Flatbread. Wow, it was soggy and got delivered in two to go boxes. The pizza was just cut into 4s and half in each box. Pizza was soggy and messy. The cheese was sticking to the bottom of the other slice. It was the worse food presentation I've seen. You would've thought I ordered dinning in and took leftovers. Highly disappointed and in the morning, I'm going to have to address this. $28 CAU for what looked to be leftovers, nah man you can do much better than that. read more

The pool is located on the 3rd floor. Here we had to get wrist bands to get into the hotel bc of the festival. I would recommend if you are staying in the downtown area. read more

Unfortunately, we have been extremely underwhelmed with this hotel. And have been paying quite a bit. We have requested housekeeping twice and have yet to have our room cleaned for either day we requested. On both days I called and asked. Each day that has gone without the service I have been blamed for having my privacy sign up (nope) and saying I didnt want it when we checked in i was told when we checked in to simply call and request it when needed. The first day I was okay with being ignored and blamed... the second day not so much. The valet takes way longer than the stated 10 minutes and for 70 dollars a day has been inconvenient. Typical Sheraton with conference area. The forth star is for the outstanding Club Lounge breakfast service. The rooms are large enough with the usual amenities. The hotel is on the PATH, making winter travel in the area easy. The water temperature in the shower tended to change. read more

Very large hotel in the center of downtown. The decor seems a tad bit older, but the place is still very grand. I was in the Richmond tower on my first visit and had a city view to an empty building across the street in late November 2018. I got a view of the beautiful city view with the Toronto sign and ice skating rink on my second visit. My third visit in February 2019 was in another tower, but with the same city view--but just down the street. The room are spacious and comfortable and quite modern with lots of electrical outlets and USB ports at the desk and on the sides of the nightstand. Very convenient. The towels are thick and fluffy and very nice. Free bottles of water in the room are a nice touch. The clubhouse on the top floor also has amazing views and a nice continental breakfast in the morning if you are a VIP guest. The attendants are super attentive to bring you coffees and clear the table. Nice hotel that is conveniently located along The Path. Definitely recommended for your Toronto stay. read more

My husband is a Starwood Hotels/Marriott Bonvoy gold elite member. When we travel, he insists on staying at a MB property, and the Sheraton was no exception. Part of his loyalty to the brand is the consistency of experience. We did not get this here. (Unless you're in a loyalty program, you probably won't care about this review. And I agree that there are bigger problems in the world. But the surprise charges on the bill should concern anyone who travels.) We have stayed at other MB properties where my husband's gold elite status permitted us to use the club room and enjoy breakfast and light snacks. Our first two mornings at this Sheraton, we went up to the club room, gave our room number to the staff on duty, and we were let in, no problem. So it was a surprise on the third morning when we were told that we could not stay in the club room without paying a $150 (!) day fee for the privilege. Had we been told this on our FIRST morning, okay. The fact that we were permitted access for the first two days and THEN it was a problem? Not cool. The staff member who stopped us made us feel like interlopers, like we were trying to pull a fast one. We simply wanted to enjoy a perk that had been available to us before is all. When we checked out, we shared our disappointment with the manager, who seemed more interested in sticking to a party line rather than retaining a long-loyal MB guest. I don't work in hospitality, but it wasn't lost on me that we were standing yards away from the Dual Citizen coffee bar - all the manager had to do was offer us a voucher for a coffee or something and it would have been forgotten. No apology for the selective enforcement of who's allowed in the club room, either - and to add insult to injury, we came home and my husband discovered AN $80 CHARGE ON HIS CREDIT CARD FROM THE RESTAURANT. Now, I get that hotels keep your card for incidental charges, but to 1) let us in for for what we thought was a complimentary breakfast, 2) ask us to leave on the last day, and 3) THEN charge us retroactively for the two breakfasts we had without informing us that they'd be charging us? Pretty crappy way to treat one's guests. I'm not the customary Yank that Canadians dread, the type of American traveler that complain about everything. Had we not been charged the $80 as a surprise, I would have just sucked up the breakfast issue. But I found the surprise charges dishonest. This was not communicated to us at the time. The Sheraton is conveniently located, was clean and comfortable - but it's hardly the only game in town. If customer loyalty means nothing to this particular MB property, we'll stay elsewhere the next time we're in Toronto. read more

location, location, location Yes, sometimes it IS all about location. And thankfully, the Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel located in an area of Downtown Toronto within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and places of interest. NOTE: I made a reservation for 4 nights, 9/17/19 to 9/21/19, via Expedia. Upon our arrival at SCTH, we were warmly greeted by the front desk staff. They engaged in a friendly conversation, while checking us in, asking where we were visiting from and what our plans were during our visit. The entire check in process was efficient and quick. Hotel Amenties: 1. Rear/back entrance to Queen St. 2. Hotel Restaurant located in lobby: BNB Restaurant 3. Valet Parking 4. Concierge 5. Meeting/Conference rooms 6. Spacious lobby with seating areas Room Amenties: 1. In room safe 2. Flat screen TV 3. Spacious Mini Fridge 4. 2 Queen Beds Overall, my friend and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The service was very satisfactory, the room was kept clean by the staff, and the concierge was very helpful when we stopped by for directions. We ate at the hotel restaurant twice: breakfast and dinner on the same day (we had to get up early for our day tour to Niagara Falls). Menu choices and service was just ok IMHO. We chose to eat at hotel literally for convenience reasons. I would suggest eating elsewhere if possible (though I do understand the convenience of not having to leave the hotel property). Lastly, I felt the best aspect of the hotel (as already mentioned) was the location. Some of the places my friend and visited during our stay, which include the CN Tower, Scotia Bank Arena, Hockey Hall of Fame, and the Eaton Centre, were all within a reasonable (we thought so) walking distance of the hotel. BOTTOM LINE: Satisfactory 4 night stay at this hotel. The staff is friendly, helpful, and efficient. Location is terrific!! read more

Great location, busy stylish lobby. Fast elevators. Housekeeping was terrific! We ate at the lobby bar restaurant and it was SOOO overpriced! 1 burrata ball with squash was $45!! It was more expensive than the salmon! How is that possible? Bartender recommended a special drink, special bc it was $25? Other issue was the Club level, the people are the desk were very strict and questioned us every since time. Being a titanium member, I have been to a lot of M clubs or Club Level areas. I have never been questioned like that. Seemed a little harsh. read more

Great location, comfortable beds, and an overall nice stay and experience. We had a great city view and a room quite high up in the hotel and it was wonderful to be able to walk right outside to the Nathan Phillips square and Dundas Square areas. It's an overall pretty hotel with a nice lobby and spacious rooms. Truly though, the best thing here is the location. I'd stay again. read more
