The first time we spoke I noticed right away that he is a great listener, is fully present, and open to customizing the coaching experience for people. Feeling heard is key for a great coach! How I found him was a wonderful example of his commitment to helping people reach their goals. After a sudden breakup, I knew I didn't want to spend too much time and energy moping around in the "trauma drama" of relationship that just didn't work. So I posted a question on an Access Consciousness facebook group asking people if they knew any good tools from the modality to accelerate the recovery process. I didn't want to waste time and energy on something in the past, and Bret responded and offered to create a customized audio recording to clear out the mental gymnastics in my head. He listened to what I was experiencing and by the end of the call, I already saw the possibility in moving forward, erasing the other person from my emotional memory, and just keeping the wisdom of the experience. Most facilitators would have not made themselves that readily available after 6pm but he took the time and the heavy feeling lifted without needing to make my former relationship the bad guy.
