I spend thousands at Talbots per month and this is how I am treated. DO NOT buy stuff at the store as they will make you feel horrible if you have to return something. The manager and assistant manager will even snap at you. They hold a grudge and do not forget it like two year olds. When you call the store to talk to the manager about the issues she won't take the time to speak with you and she will make you feel bad about calling and WON'T have your back. Stay away you can spend less money and get treated better other places in town.....
