They offer no advice or assistance or seem to know nothing about the Societies Act of BC, the legislation that applies to us. Ask a question, the response is call a lawyer! Anything they do besides answer an owner's email is charged xtra. Even their accounting dept screws up. They won't accept cc or cash payments over the phone or at their offices. Slow to respond, lack of knowledge and 'nickle & dimed' to death. Not a great service provider.

Darryl Scott is a very junior strata manager, comes across as all knowing but has to be corrected on most of his actions or lack of actions. To many issues to mention. Our strata has gone through 7 strata managers with APM all worse then the next. It is unfortunate that our frustrations are with APM, however, I think it is a more systemic problem with Property Managers who do not follow the SPA and managers/owners who do not want to correct or confront the strata manager for fear of loosing an employee. His representation was pure showmanship…read more He talked a very slick line about representing the house he showed but that's where it ended really quickly. He did not follow through on any of the transactions related to the house we purchased. He would not return calls and never followed through to make sure any discrepancies were taken care of on the house. Once Mr. Vrecko received his commission, he disappeared very quickly. Do not use this agent unless you want to be taken advantage of. His answer was take it to small claims court if your not happy. Also his employee's were even worse. When he showed us the house, he was more interested in talking on his cell phone then helping us out. Very rude and would not give us the time of day. Please stay clear of this outfit and save yourself a lot of hassle.
