I say "greeted" because she was very rude from the beginning by asking what did I need. She was rude while I tried to pay my bill. She had already ignored one man that was waiting for her. When her phone rang, she stopped helping me and took the personal call and ignored both of us. After nearly 10 minutes, I left since I had my 2 small children with me and needed to get them home so I could cook dinner. This office has always had by far the rudest people I have ever dealt with. They need to learn some people skills since they have to deal with the public.
