My biggest problem thus far is not ever being able to get an emergency appointment due to scheduling conflicts.. I've had wires that later began to poke the back of my mouth(nobody's fault).. Also they are so laid back that You should be able to talk about any issues you may have. I love the fact that they take us all back as a family together. Princess was very good with my kiddos. They had a very good experience with the X-rays and the teeth cleaning. Everyone was cool and didn't have any complaints. Dr. Michael is amazing with the kiddos. We love the fact that he is so gentle and patient with them. Wyatt was nervous but he made him comfortable enough to open is mouth and let him check him out. Kenn got his teeth cleaned and Wasvery nice and pleasant. They let Kenn know that every he needs done next. So he will be back to get his tooth filled and the chip fixed. So now it's my turn to get a cleaning. Rebecca did my cleaning and usually I dread the polishing and initial cleaning because it seems so painful. This time was good it did not bother me at all. I have a hole in my back wisdom tooth that's hurting right now so I'll be back to get it pulled. I need a couple of things done to get my mouth straight and Dr. Rabel and I have talked and devised a great plan to get me where I need to be so let's geaux I'm an ready. This experience was even greater than the first. When I tell y'all..... I'm an so thankful he fixed my minor imperfections from the first time. Due to Covid that year everything was shut down. The hygienist was very thorough and easy. Having an anxiety with dental visits, I wasn't scared or let's say my anxiety did not spike at all. The hygienist explained everything he would be doing and asked if I was okay during each step! I felt so calm with this visit. Upon meeting the dentist, I was still calm and assured. My initial visit was superb. The entire staff was warm and welcoming! I have found my place for dental care and I'm happy.

I was held down by two assistants, or so they claim they are, the numbing medicine was wearing off and when i tried to bring it to their attention i was told "it's just pressure not pain". HORRIBLE establishment, along with the one in Baton Rouge. I do not recommend you bring your kids here especially because they cannot voice themselves without being told that they don't know what they're talking about and then be brought into a back room with the door closed and locked, having "procedures" done, not allowing anyone else inside of the room. This is all personal experience and I genuinely would never recommend this place to anyone. Dr ripple has also made several uncomfortable statements to my sister and i, whom were underage at that time. Always caressing our shoulders and being odd.
