I immediately received a confirmation email telling me an associate would contact me within 48 hours to schedule the appointment. That deadline came and went, so I reached out again by sending an email through the website's "Contact Us." I still did not receive any response. Then, I called the company's phone number and left a message which was never returned. I was unable to make an appointment with another company because I unwisely chose Chem-Dry and wasted my time waiting on them to respond to me. Do yourself a favor and use their competitor. This company will not respond to any of your communications. #EpicFail

He was back there very next day to walk us through the claims process and got us booked into an Airbnb (since I was unaware our insurance company even paid for that). He is extremely knowledgeable with the workings of insurance companies and he made sure they paid for everything they should have. We are extremely happy with his work! He was very kind through the whole process and made what I thought was an absolute disaster a lot easier to deal with. If in the unfortunate event something like this happens again, Duraclean will definitely be my first phone call!

Carpet cleaning resulted in additional damage and rendered our carpet unusable. While the company…read morebrags that their machine is the only one in Grayson County capable of cleaning the carpet as well as the padding underneath, they do not accept responsibility for damage to the padding. They came to clean the carpet in our living room after our sick cat had an accident on the living room floor. It seems as though the urine was spread throughout the living room carpet. The stench was unbearable and after two additional visits from M&S Carpet Cleaning, (the first in which they acknowledged the smell but stated that our cats must have sprayed somewhere in the house, and the second visit in which they stated the didn't smell it at all initially, then changed their mind and said they smelled it but it was in the padding, not the carpet, and they are not responsible for the padding), we ended up ripping out the carpet and replacing the flooring. What initially started with a $55 carpet cleaning, turned into a $1,500 flooring project, with absolutely no responsibility taken by this company.
