She helped me time my sale in NV and my purchase in AZ perfectly! Every step of the way Leslie gave me the information I needed to plan my closing for two houses in two different states. This was such a stressful time for my husband and I but Leslie always put us at ease and gave us hope that we could in fact close these two houses 1 day apart from each other and that's exactly what happened! We closed on our sale in NV on May 31st, 2022 and we closed on our purchase in AZ on June 1st, 2022. The purchase was a particularly interesting one because it was a For Sale By Owner with no realtors involved and Leslie immediately referred me to Jacque Olson at Grand Canyon Title who did an incredible job because she has done hundreds of For Sale By Owner transactions! We even did a 72 day lock back in March 2022 for a closing of June 1st and Leslie made that happen. Rates were going to skyrocket so the long lock was so necessary and we feel so blessed to have received a very low rate! On the day before closing in AZ, we realized that the latest Fed Ex and UPS pick up was 3pm or 5pm and we were signing documents after 5pm for the house so my husband said that he would drive to Peoria AZ to get the documents to Grand Canyon Title in person so that we didn't have to delay our closing. Leslie once again shined by texting us that she would meet my husband at the halfway point from Prescott to Peoria so that my husband wouldn't have to drive the full 90 minutes each way! Wow! I dare you to try to find someone as good as Leslie! It just won't happen. She's the best! You would be insane to NOT use Leslie and she is a wholesale mortgage broker with United Wholesale Mortgage who is a great lender that I've used twice now, once in a refinance on my house in NV and now with the new property I own in AZ!
