Sherry and her team continue to offer exceptional service. We have been a customer with her since 2011 and in that time we have had to call on her for help. An example: We had a flood in our basement that left us with 8 inches of standing water on a Friday night. We called the plumber and flood mitigation folks out and they started the work of drying it out. When I called State Farm to let them know what had happened, they helped me submit a claim and continue the repair process. When we got a jerky guy from out of state as our adjuster, she went to bat for us and had the assignment changed to another person that was able to come evaluate the damage and they covered the whole cost of repairs minus our deductible. Sooo thankful!! Having half your house in water and the clean up and restoring is bad enough, so grateful she made the process a lot easier with her help. This office and staff has served me and my companies since 1987. Wendy has reviewed and made sure I have always had adequate coverage. One of the big reasons I stay with state farm is when I was in an accident I called them. The questions were: Are you okay? Do you need any help? Is there anyone else with you are they okay and do they need any help? Anyone else involved and do they need help? Then after these questions they asked if they needed to send someone to come get us.
