Once you visit Dr. Cheng's office, you'll understand why people rave about their experience. Start to finish, he and his staff are warm, professional, and punctual (it's a personal pet peeve of mine when medical offices run very late.) Dr. Cheng always puts the needs of the patient first. I was referred to Dr. Cheng by an Endodontist on Long Island. The Endodontist told me "there is a great dentist right in your town. He is one of the few people I've met who is as passionate and into dentistry as I am." He also mentioned that he was a salt-of-the-earth kind of guy. Dr. Cheng is a dentist you can tell loves what he does. He is very warm, real, and actually quite fun to be around. What I appreciate most about his work is that he is a perfectionist. He was the dentist that discovered that one of my teeth was dead, even though I've seen several other dentists with that tooth. He gives real options and doesn't push any procedures on you.
