A generic v-shaped metal brace to keep our American flag from breaking its plastic base in high winds was needed. Tim, the customer service man on duty, immediately walked me to the selection. The flag is now secured for a few bucks. Instead of having to buy a box of ten or twenty our local True Value will sell you one or a couple as needed.

I remember speaking to Dan most of the time I was there. He is extremely knowledgeable, and helpful. He has assisted me through many projects that i was a little clueless as to how to begin. He didn't just sell me stuff, he wanted to make sure I chose the right products, and didn't buy crap I didn't need (Many times he said 'no don't buy that, that's unnecessary/too expensive for that project, I recommend...').
