When it came time for plumbing fixture delivery one Kohler item was not delivered. Ultimately had to get it elsewhere because they could not get it and wouldn't try any other option. They could not deliver the double oven we ordered 10 months earlier and ultimately we had to get it elsewhere because they would not look at other options. They apparently only care about customers when it doesn't require extra effort. Their communication is abysmal.

My husband had already done some decent research on brands and styles he was interested in but did want to see, touch, try out before purchasing. Upon entering the store, we were immediately greeted by Kayla and welcomed in. We asked about the Miele brand and models. Kayla was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and had excellent suggestions/tips to share. We found the ones to try, and picked the one the wanted.
