I placed an online order for Flavacol to pickup at the store…read more I received a phone call letting me know they didn't actually have any in store and would order it for me. then i would receive a call when it arrived so i could come pick it up. i got another call from another employee letting me know the same thing a different day lol. very nice they were on it! and when my order was ready for pickup i was notified immediately by phone and email. when i walked in i didn't have to say much someone was already walking to grab my bag. obviously this is a hardware store but they do sell a variety of ends!

They "color matched it-" when we said that is not the same color we showed them the sample again they said- it is what it is- put it on the wall to see.. on the can it won't dry the same color as it will on the wall. so we tried it... now we have to repaint the whole wall and likely room.. when we showed the people at ace they said- yeah we don't always get good results. Need us to make you a gallon so you can do the full room? I feel like this was a bit of a scam to sell me more paint.. but the people there are so nice I cant imagine then doing that. I have shopped at all the area Porter paints because Porter is my go to paint. Today (6/6/15) I visited this store and couldn't be more disappointed. The store was understaffed. There were four customers waiting to be helped. I generally know my way around the store and was going to look at some mis-tints when I was rudely told "you can't be back here!" Well the tens of times I've been in that exact area had told me otherwise. Additionally there was no sign that said employees only. I waited a few minutes to be helped and none of the other customers were helped. Needless to say, I will be taking my business across the street to Sherwin Williams or another PPG. Save yourself the time and disappointment, avoid this store.
