The issue started when I asked, "Do you speak English?" during the initial call (as there seemed to be a communication barrier). When I arrived to collect the quote, the employee (Danny, who appeared to be a manager) was still upset about it. It was obvious from his expression and tone--he even commented, "So that was you on the phone." I immediately apologized, but he couldn't let it go and focused entirely on that instead of helping with the quote or providing good service. He asked someone else to print it out rather than handle it himself. This level of unprofessionalism from someone in a management role is unacceptable, especially in a retail environment where customers are simply trying to buy paint and supplies. The focus should be on the customer and the store, not holding a grudge over a single question.

The office is such a disaster we were only able to have 1 lesson. When you call with a problem they tell you to email info@forbes or billing@forbes, yet no one ever gets back with a solution. Would stay far away. In response to Curtis' comment- not providing a refund when double charged for over a month is not considered "resolving things respectfully". Not answering emails or returning calls is never going to be considered "helpful communication" when a customer has a problem. All they had to do was push a button, and Curtis insisted he didn't know "how" to process a refund. I'm glad he thinks we enjoyed the teacher, for the one class we had. Bottom line, you've been warned. Instrument lessons are not worth this headache.

Same people, I've never asked but they either pay their employees well or they love working there. Sun comes up everyday so do our linens arrive, on time, no nonsense. I can't recommend them enough considering how difficult it is these days to find companies that you will actually have a long term relationship with. They have been around for decades so you know they aren't disappearing anytime soon. We are a medium sized business, between 50-75 employees, and if I could knock of more tasks to people like them I could go live in Florida and not have to worry about the business. So first-off, convenience is a HUGE plus for us, but overall, it's the personal aspects of dealing with this family owned and operated business that really cinches the deal. For the most part, they have everything we need in terms of our packing supplies, but if they don't, --even if they can't get it-- they're more than happy to direct me to a manufacturer who deals in whatever corrugated product (and more) that I'm looking for. For me as a small business owner, there is true value in finding another business who can deal with me as a small operator with as much attention as (I assume) they do with their larger customers. Don't even get me started on the Red-Box, Blue-Box gummed tape.
