When I got home, I realized they had given me a completely different color. Mistakes happen -- that part wasn't the issue. I went back and asked if they could retrieve my original can from the trash so they could properly match the color. It had already been thrown out, so I took time to find the closest match from their color samples. They remade the paint... and then tried to charge me again for correcting their mistake. I was shocked. The incorrect color was not my error -- it was theirs. Yet they refused to take responsibility and attempted to make me pay for it. That is unacceptable customer service. When a business makes a mistake, it should own it and fix it without putting the burden on the customer. Instead, I was treated with complete disregard and disrespect. I will not be returning, and I don't recommend this store to anyone who values fairness, accountability, or basic customer service.

Only problem is, 20 days earlier I had purchased 1 quart of the same exact paint in the same exact color from Eagle Paint in Englewood: Eagle invoice said retail is $34.45 and Eagle sold it to me for discounted price of $30.79. So Ricciardi's "discounted" price more than full retail at Eagle?!? A quick online search of other retailers shows that Ricciardi's bogus retail price is WAY MORE than anywhere else. Absolutely untrustworthy business practice. Whether this dishonesty is accidental or intentional I do not care: I will never set foot in this store again

Prior to visiting the store, I called, and a very warm, personable, upbeat store personnel named Royamassa answered the phone. The exchange was very warm, inviting, friendly, and super helpful. The beyond, and above phone exchange got me excited to get dressed, and drive over to the store. Customer service is everything when I am shopping. And unbeknownst to me, I was speaking to an amazing store Manager, already she exceeded my expectations over the phone. When I arrived at the store, I ended making a much larger purchase than originally anticipated because the service Royamassa provided was spectacular. Originally was planning to get 2 gallons of paint, but I was so pleased with the hospitality, I bought four gallons of paint, brushes, and more. So that I did not have to wait for the order to get prepared. I was advised that I could go pick up some items at the grocery store, and when I was done, my order would be ready. Arrived back to the store 15 minutes or so later, my order was boxed, packed, and ready to go. Had some questions about brushes, and rollers. The amazing young lady Royamassa, helped me pick out the correct items I needed to paint, for the look, I was seeking. Paid for my items, and one of the guys was kind enough to help me get all of the stuff loaded into my car. The first time, it was to get a paint sample. They're $8 for a quart, and the employee gave us a discount when we didn't even ask for one. The next time, we were ready to actually buy the paint. Again, they gave us a discount and tips for painting. They told us we would need two but we decided to just get one can first, and it was reallyyyy cutting it close. So just know - if they tell you to get two, they're not just trying to get you to spend extra money. The paint is around the same price as the home improvement stores but the tools (i.e rollers, brushes, etc.) are a bit more expensive. We had already gotten the supplies beforehand, so we didn't need any - but just something to keep in mind. Will definitely come back to this location for our next paint project.

It seemed that 'the minor' wanted to help, and was at the counter for service. (How was I supposed to know he didn't know how to cut them?!!!? He LOOKS like an adult! Why was he even ALLOWED to cut the keys?!!!?) After the first two not working, after going all the way back home to find out, I came all the way back for two working keys, which didn't work, either. No apology from either one of them- just 'I used the wrong key'. Then he made two more. Went back home, and they did NOT work. I should have known, because the customer in there right before me was yelling at the store owner. I just had no idea what they were yelling about. Horribly rude, incompetent service. The mistake would have been forgivable if the owner wouldn't blame the customer(s) about something that's so clearly both their fault. Then he got angry and yelled at me for wanting a refund after FOUR keys didn't work- I wasn't going to go all the way back AGAIN- I would give him negative stars and revoke his 'service' store. HE HAD ONE JOB. Yelling about why your workers are incompetent really does not help your cause. (FYI, after about 8 minutes of his tirade, eventually he said they didn't work because the key was a copy. It wasn't, it was an original. I just wanted to see what he had to say for himself afterwards. If that were even a true reason, he never once mentioned it before.)
