In particular, on a Sunday, I had a paint issue on a $100,000.00 remodel project and Elizabeth and regional manager Sarah Stewart handled with expediency and professionalism. I've been working on projects with Sarah a couple times a year, every year. She is the Goddess of information when it comes to paint. I'm so grateful for all she's done. The correction she came up with has my customer elated. Thank you Sherwin Williams for superior service and staff.

Absolutely horrible service. I placed an order for some Gaco deck coating. Prior to placing the…read moreorder I confirmed with the gentleman multiple times to ensure it was the right product. After I waited for a week for them to get it in, when I got home and opened it up it wasn't even the right stuff. So I drove back to the store to return it. They said it would take Another 2 weeks for them to get the correct product in. The gentleman told me it would take a couple hours for my refund to be back in my account three days later still no refund. I ended up finding the product at E&E Llumber or $100 cheaper.

I was told the job would take 2 days, and it ended up taking 4. Some delays are to be expected, except a lot of the delay was due to substandard installers and poor internal communication. They did not finish a single room during the install so I could move at least one bedroom's furniture back in so we were completely displaced the entire 4 days. The installers were not friendly and left me with damage that I believe I should not be dealing with. Doors no longer close due to poor workmanship and I have no recourse. Flooring was laid improperly around doorways, and I have to find a handyman to try and make it look better. Save yourself the trouble and go with another flooring company.
