They said it would take Another 2 weeks for them to get the correct product in. The gentleman told me it would take a couple hours for my refund to be back in my account three days later still no refund. I ended up finding the product at E&E Llumber or $100 cheaper.

So I went to Ace hardware in Bellingham and talked to an older gentleman that I felt should know their products. I told him that I needed a blower vacuum to suck up leaves. Now I figured he would realize that the leaves were wet since it was raining. He showed me the Toro blower vacuum and he said his brother in law has this and it works great. I took it home and started to try and suck up wet leaves and it kept getting clogged. I finally gave up. and just raked the leaves. The clerk never did tell me that this has a mulcher and works best with dry leaves. I have a blower vacuum that just sucks up anything at home. I went to return it, because it wasn't doing what I was told it would and since I don't live there, I couldn't wait for the leaves to dry. I was told by the same guy that sold it to me and one of the younger clerks that I can't return it. They gave me all kind of excuses and I finally gave up. I will never shop there again. I would not have had this head ache if I had gone to Home depot or Lowes. At least they know what they are selling.

Gavin Larrabee (owner) and his crew did an outstanding job. They were skilled and careful, protected the floors and light fixtures. The quality of the work is excellent. Gavin was very quick to respond to emails or texts. Everyone on the project was professional and friendly. They arrived right on time and worked hard for very long days.
