I said i was interested in some paint but wanted to know the price. He asked how many gallons and I said 2. That was it, he couldn't care less. Didn't ask what kind or quality just quoted a generic price. I asked if that was the budget paint, good quality? He said mid. Ok, how much for the good stuff, and it was over $90 a gallon. Ummm, nope. I thanked him and walked away. No further comment, grunt or anything from him. I'll never go back there. I would like to buy local but not if I get treated that way. I went off to Lowe's and got some great paint at a great price. What a shame!

Florence arrived early, with large samples and knew exactly what I would like based on the inspiration pictures on my phone. I also happened to have a painter at the apartment at the same time who was pricing out the job and she briefed him on everything I needed so that I wouldn't have to. Not only that, but she made sure that I was getting a fair price for the labor and paint, which was not something she had to do.
