We would like to say that Wilco is a top notch store that believes in wonderful customer service. We had a problem with a item that had to be exchanged three times and it was of no fault of Wilco it was the manufacturer of the item. We brought our 5 month old Akita puppy for his first grooming appointment and it went so well. Eden was very sweet and checked us in, let me ask all the questions I needed and answered them. Shelby was our groomer and she was incredibly fast but thorough. My guy came out looking incredible and handsome as ever. read more

I had an unhappy experience with pet grooming today. I just now read other customers' reviews on the Redmond Wilco grooming folks. The gist of my story? I was given a noon appt for Sunday via a phone call. I showed up, told I had been called, it's my error, come back Monday at 12:30 when you were scheduled!! It's high noon, 85 degrees, 30 lb doggy, and I'm 70. I'll admit being frustrated at the whole experience. Then the mgr at the store on Sundays CALLS me and tells me I'm not welcome at Wilco ever again! The other reviews about this dog grooming salon, its CS, ph messaging, and chronic staff turnover have left me feeling sad about this. This review is for the grooming service at Wilco. Some of the unfriendly staff in the grooming department makes you question how they are treating your dog while they are grooming them. I wasn't there to judge but after I saw my dogs nail with exposed nerve or blood vessel (tiny red dot on the tip of the nail), I decided I will never take my dog to Wilco for grooming ever again. read more

re: dog grooming. came back 2.5 hours after my scheduled appointment and my doodle was still being groomed. After waiting a few minutes they said he was done. his tail was shaved to the bone and it looked like a rats tail because of a "mat" and his face and head was lopsided with hair over his eyes because he was being "difficult". I suspect the groomer was in a hurry and couldn't take the time to do a better job because she was already running an hour and a half late. in short, the dog looked terrible. read more

Grooming is great job But getting communication for appointments is difficult. No one answers the phone or returns calls. One appointment was made in person and I needed to cancel. It wasn't found. Now I get notice for not found appointment . But the one I made for later, I can't get a person to help reschedule. So the actual service for job is good but the scheduling is very difficult. read more

I don't get into Wilco stores very often but I have been do a few, this one here just might be my favorite. The store is good sized it has a lot of inventory on hand, this gives you plenty to choose from in each department. The staff are pretty friendly, courteous and helpful which add to the experience when shopping at a retail establishment like this. The store is well lit as well as very clean and organized which make finding what year they're looking for a whole hell of a lot easier. Staff are very pleasant and helpful as well which when you have a store of this size that is this full of inventory you definitely need that or at least want that. read more

Worst place to shop for farm supplies. Worst customer service. High prices (Try Amazon). Unorganized in the pickup area behind the store. Because of them I hit a small pallet, that was in my blind spot, and they refused to help me. Buyer/shopper beware - DON'T shop there. We took out Sheltie dog in for a grooming. When we picked him up he looked great except he was bleeding and whimpering. We rushed him into the vet. Wilco cut his rear nails to short. The Vet had to cauterized the nails and wrapped up his back paw. The bill was $115.00. We notified Wilco's Management and felt "very little" concern for our dog and our experience. Absolutely no follow up by Wilco on the health of our dog. I was told that they would re-reimburse us for the Vet bill but I was also told it will take a while because they are a big company. We are still waiting. My advise, go to a smaller clinic. One that cares! When we make mistakes we act concerned and apologize? We all love our pets and WILCO's lack of concern at time of trouble or mistake says it all. Take your pet somewhere else! read more

I really like shopping at Wilco, I noticed they are a little less expensive on equine bags of feed than Coastal. They are very friendly and send out good coupons. We recently moved to Sunriver and I discovered a Wilco near Whole Foods in Bend, but honestly they are not as friendly so on my way home from working in Redmond once a week I just stop by the Redmond store. read more

This says 1 star but it's really rated -5 star, here's why. The Redmond Wilco is the most disgusting, rude, and disrespectful store I have ever been to. Not only do they have a new cashier every time I come in, but the new cashier is never trained properly. It always takes over 5 minutes to get checked out, for 1 item. There grooming service is a complete JOKE. Scheduling a grooming appointment is almost impossible, not because their busy but because they prefer you to come in and schedule, refusing to answer the phone and only returning some voicemails back. I've taken my 25lb dog there 3 times. There was a groomer, well experienced that worked there for years and she groomed my dog twice. She would often complain about her bosses and the staff, she absolutely hated working there but loved her clients. AND she was forced to groom all the animals by her self, because they refused to hire people what they are WORTH. They pay as low as possible and hire who ever will apply. The only reason she was able to receive her pay, is because she was hired before the management now, but she moved away. The new groomer completely traumatized my dog, I have never seen my dog so upset. This lady cut his nails improperly with some too short and all split on the sides and some down the middle. She didn't even trim his hair even, with lumps and bumps all over. They even trimmed my dogs EYELASHES AND WHISKERS. I will never go back and I highly recommend all of my family and friends never to go there again. If you love your animals, stay away. I recommend any other place to groom your animal. read more

Staff is super friendly and always so helpful! They have great deals all the time and are cheaper then coastal. I go into Wilco for everything I need and if I don't find it they either order it for me or give me good recommendations on where else to go. Thank you Redmond Wilco for all that you do! read more
