Delivery was a disaster! I paid for Premium delivery where the bed is delivered and set up. Drivers just dropped off the boxes and declined to set up. They said they had no notes or orders to set up. I finally, tediously cut through the boxes and plastic and set it up myself. I immediately called and could not connect so I drove to the store to ask what happened. I got no help from a manager. He kept stating no refunds. I returned later that week and received nearly $100 refund for failure to set up. There's a big disconnect between sales and distribution which diminishes the good feeling I had as a buyer. When I returned to ask for my refund there was a line at the counter with other disgruntled shoppers. Not a great impression. Lessons learned. I was very disappointed that the manager on duty didn't engage more and try to understand or resolve my delivery issue rather than ignoring it with a cavalier attitude. He was very defensive. My sales rep was the only shining part of this purchase. She was great!
