Since I am staying at home I have lots of DIY projects that involve painting! So I got started on a pantry project, ordered the paint online. Paid for it no problem. Got my receipt in the email and it said that they will let me know when I can come and pick up my order. Usually within 2 hours. But they notified me in under twenty minutes. They said to have a photo ID and my order number handy and to call the number given and they will bring my paint out to the car. Perfect! So I did all. That. Got to the store, called the number and the clerk was really rude. He said I have to come inside. I told him that the web site says you do curbside. He replied, "yeah, we don't do that anymore! We don't do credit cards over the phone!" I Tod him I already paid for it! He started to yell, They aren't supposed to do that! He got increasingly rude. After yelling a bit more he asked what car I was in. I told him I was in the only car in his lot. He then hung up abruptly! After about 4 minutes he came out with a box. I had the back hatch opened up and I was holding my order verification and Photo ID. He literally slung the box into the back and started to walk away. I asked him if there were two cans in the box. He said what? I repeated and he said yes as he continued to walk away. I asked if he needed to see my order receipt or Photo ID but he just kept walking away. Doesn't make me want to keep doing business with these guys. Maybe better to just order Paint on-Line if you are in the At Risk category. This is no way to be treated for simply following the instructions given on the web site.

If you ever need to match a paint go to Sherwin-Williams. Also the staff here is so nice and helpful. I actually feel like they have a customer service which is hard to come by these days.

We have had nothing but complements since it was painted. There were several dings on our stairway wall during construction. It's painted with a Sherwin-Williams color, but it is 14 years old. Wyatt color matched paint to a sample of the wall. It's perfect and has saved us from having to paint the entire stairway! All of the paint in our house, inside and out, is Sherwin-Williams. When we got home, I noticed one was potentially full of mold and the other had a huge gash in it that was affected its integrity. When I tried to have them replaced, they said no - even though we didn't get to select the boards. They didn't return the boards, but kept them and then I had to buy a new board and they at least gave me new one board free that I got to pick out. It was a horrible experience and I wasn't trying to return bad boards I picked, they did the picking. Management didn't provide quality customer service and I know I will never go there again. The person who was at the register and the one who cut my new boards had supreme customer service - management can learn a thing or two from them.

We requested several quotes via Yelp and got a wide range of availabilities and responses back. While some competitors were offering a cheaper bid, they also recommended techniques (spraying) which we felt were riskier to the new flooring. Ken's bid was the most expensive, but his earnestness and professionalism compelled us to go with him. We couldn't be more pleased with the quality of Ken and Rob's work. Right when we closed on the home, Ken came in and did prep work that same day. The team spent 4 days covering the entire house in a color of our selection, designed to brighten up the home and make it feel bigger. While Ken made several trips to grab more paint and supplies, we were never charged more than our quoted price. Near the end of the job, Ken offered us painters tape to mark any spots that we wanted him to take another look at. We could tell he took pride in his work and loved what he did. Each time I stopped in to check on them, they were always hard at brush work (listening to quite the selection of music). Ken even pointed out spots that he wanted to personally take care of, even though we never asked for that - he is just that interested in customer satisfaction. Initially was very happy with the work which was provided. The first year in there were issues with…read morethe rain gutters and paint no adhering. Fairly quick response in correcting this. But like the first and initial paint applied to the gutters. Gutters weren't prepped. Barely did 9 months past from correcting this. The gutters in the same spots have the same effect of bubbling paint. I reached out several times and keep on receiving that we'll have someone come by and fix it. 2 months later nothing. Value Serenity came in at a good cost compared to others. But now I'm wondering if I should have gone with another company. Disappointed.
